I agree that it should become an Olympic sport...I'm a figure skater but I love to watch artistic roller skating. It is definitely just as hard as any sport in the Olympics, so I wonder why it hasn't become a sport in the Olympics? Thanks so much for sharing:)

oh the 80's were a bad time for skating fashion. How big is her hair, I guess it would act as a helmet if she fell. I love how inavative they were. You watch the pairs teams today and they only do one maybe two spins. They did ideams no one has ever seen before or since. Still wish I could find a video of them a worlds when they skated clean.

I can see why Ken and Robin beat them that year. I would like to see a vid of them at worlds where they skated clean.

David Demont and Desiree Salas (sp for both, sorry) emulated/did the loop combo during the mid 90s.

I agree...they were very good - very entertaining. I think they were such a riveting pair because they were both such good singles skaters.
