never cut hair DRY!!!!! always cut hair wet. cutting it wet prevents split ends

@XxBottlePoPxX Never cut bangs wet... they'll bounce up and you'll have much shorter bangs than you wanted. Additionally, sometimes cutting hair dry is the way to go. I am a licenced hairstylist, so I can tell you from experience that this isn't a rule to live by. You're more likely to get split ends from using a razor.
