I was a Decca repairment (US army) and stationed at Phan Thiet for a couple of months about May, June 1968 and then transferred to Tay Ninh City for the rest of my tour until early 69 when we crated up the equipment and I rotated back to the world. I can realize some places in Phan Thiet now, but many places and things have changed.
