  • @dredlirk I saw this movie in Toronto with a full house... maybe a year after release 1978-9 or so. The movie was jeered and ridiculed loudly from start to finish. The audience treated it like the worst movie ever made. Only Aerosmith got a little respect.

  • if i were her id rather be steven's hostage than be kissing peter frampton i mean peter frampton.... UGH!!!! Eh hell.... screw Steven way better looking n sexy lol XD

  • what a rape....

  • I took several dates to this move on its first run in 1977. The critics hated it because the "story" sucked. Funny thing is that there wasn't a single person in the audience who wasn't singing along. I bet the critics were singing, too.

    > TheAerochick13 asked:

    > "Why was this chick so stressed out? I would love to be Steven's hostage!"

See the movie, you'll understand it in context.

    > MultiTreehugger123 asked:

    > "...where I can find the actual movie?"

    Amazon carries it in DVD/VHS

  • @dredkirk or on netflix by DVD

  • I would cut off an arm and leg just to meet Steven Tyler..

  • I still say the beat goes hard!!!!

  • KISS! KISS YOU BASTARDS!

  • I wonder what The Beatles thought about this cover of their hit; I'm pretty sure they were either flattered or apPauled. I believe they did a good job of it. That's what should matter most, right?

  • this part... was some retarded ass shit, steven has big lips and he looks like a woman why did my mom think this guy was cute!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????????????

  • @SuperKeychains my mom thought steven was handsome and shit. to a point i sorta think he was but his lips for some reason remind me of a phirana but other than that ya. but hey ill admit when it came to the 70s and 80s he was MUCH better looking than today. he is getting old and scronny and don't look too good

  • @KiriAeroTyler hey steven was licking her neck and he was attacking her man so ya

  • Shoot, who doesn't like the "villain" band?

  • That's what I call karma! The chick kills steven, she falls off the stage. Yay! Love this video, but does anyone know where I can find the actual movie? I want to watch it!!

  • @MultiTreehugger123 The chick comes back remember.

  • @johnny10301968

I've never seen the movie, but that pisses me off. :(

  • I love that the villains are hotter than the "pretty-boy" hero. Sorry Frampton.. lol

  • OMG i was like crying when i watched this.

  • .... and this wouldn't be the last time Steven Tyler fell off stage.

  • STEVEN TYLER AND ROBIN GIBB ARE THE BEST SINGER

  • @dragon5716 -- I like Gaga, and I am nowhere near a teen. I also like the Doors and Zeppelin and the Beatles and Queen and all that old stuff. I just also like well constructed pop songs for what they are as well.

  • lol steven's like "I AM NOT HAVING THIS" and strangles whatshisface xD

  • I'm really mad right now because I can't find the gay robots.

  • @dragon5716 Thats a big AMEN brother - rock and roll never dies, and dont forget The Who whip all their pop candy asses alone!

  • This song is from Abbey Road, not from Sgt. Pepper...

  • Comment removed

  • @MrPabloMartinI This clip is from the movie "Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band."

  • @dragon5716 Totally agree with you on that.... except Lady Gaga. C'mon man, just give her a chance. She's amazing.

  • This, and the Earth Wind and Fire scene, were the only seriously awesome parts of the otherwise awful Sgt. Peppers movie.

  • Am I supposed to believe that Peter Frampton and the Bee Gees could school AEROSMITH?!

  • @what0080 hahahah yeah obviously in real life tyler would have kicked peter frampton's ass and the bee gees would have gotten their asses handed to them by joe fuckin' perry, joey, tom and brad....in real life they wouldn't stand a goddamm chance

  • @gaby47 RIGHT!!!! lol

  • Haha Joe sounds like he's 8 singing lol

  • @dragon5716 Stones mighta been mostly rock, but I'd say The Beatles were MOSTLY Pop. Paul McCartney's solo career, POP. Cheap Trick, POP. And so are many other old legendary bands.

  • @dragon5716 Beatles and Stones were pop dumbass.

  • This is the first time I saw Tyler say what you will but he has been my fav ever since 1976 /77 Too cool for school. lovethesmith.

  • Times change, If music stayed the same foerver this would be a pretty dull world .The great thing about living in the free world is that we can keep on rockin' ....or not.

  • i read that Kiss were supposed to play instead of Aeosmith! lol

  • This song will fuck me. ughh, BEST SONG.

  • i honestly think Joe Perry would beat some ass

  • he set the precedent for falling off stages early

  • I use to skip high school back in 78 or 79 and go to the swallens department store in cincinnati go to there sound prof A./V room and watch this on the laser disc. I knew when toys in the attic came out the band was going to be around a long long time!

  • @dragon5716 i will have to disagree with you about lady gaga. her lyrics are pure, but i agree with the rest.

  • @dragon5716 What the hell is Owl City?

  • @dragon5716 ....funny.My 7 year old listens to AC/DC....I hate that old stuff,too...he didn't get it from me

  • I could listen to this song over and over again XD

  • Joe Perry ;)

  • NO They Killed Steven! Ha at least he took that guys girlfriend with him!

  • Aerosmith beaten by the Bee Gee's? Never! Peter Frampton maybe but definitely not the Bee Gee's!

  • the first choice to play the FVB was the band KISS

  • @mrlegomaster98 Really? Well, they'd certainly look the part.

  • Why was this chick so stressed out? I would love to be Steven's hostage! Gah, when he came up and kissed her face like that, I'm pretty sure I turned green... with envy.

  • You say Lady Gaga, I say man got sick of this message

  • It's like live action "Celebrity Death Match".

  • LOL. Aerosmith are the villains. Steven is cute. :) love him.

  • DONT MESS WIT MY STEVEN OR I KILL U!!!!!!! lol

  • STEVIE TYLAAAHH!! LOVE YOU MY BABEHHH!!!!!!!! ❤

  • You KILL MY LOVER!!!! I WILL KILL YOU!! lol

  • @dragon5716 Ironically, these flops "pop-roaches" try to copy those legends, and cover for them. Very sad...!

  • Steven Tyler ❤❤❤❤❤ beautiful song!

  • Yeah,dragon5716...you are alright!!!

  • Well there you have it kids, Peter Frampton fighting Steven Tyler

  • esto es musica!!!!!!!!!!! yeeeaaaaaaaaaaa

  • I like this version better than the Beatles' one (gasp! sacrilege!)

  • I prefer this Steven Tyler over the American Idol one!

  • Talk about a reality check and a "bad guy" winning, Peter Frampton lost his money in the 1987 stock market crash and faded with the 1980s music, while Aerosmith would continue to perform for three decades, make hundreds of millions, and Steven Tyler became an American icon. Tyler even has an Honorary Doctrate in Music. Joe Perry is also a legend.

I guess everyone loves the bad boys after all when it comes to Rock n Roll. Maybe it truly is "the Devil's music". Ha ha ha ha!

  • i loooovvvveee steven tyler!!!!!! and Peter Frampton!!! <3

  • and i love how the two of those sexy guys start fighing

  • I WONDER HOW HIGH AEROSMITH WAS WHEN THEY SHOT THIS? LOL

  • @pandomonium this was from the movie Sgt Pepper's movie. THis movie is what ruinned Frampton's career or so they say. It is so cheesy but there were so real good version of songs. Not many but a few were good..

  • @ultraviolet221 I know this I actually own the movie, and I personally think some of the covers in the movie were pretty good

  • Tom Hamilton looks uncomfortable.

  • @dragon5716 blah, shut up...........i say you're a dorky poser

  • Beegees make such a mess

  • Steven Tyler's lips <3

  • doforget fvb future villian band lol

  • No no no no! That is not how this works! If you feature Aerosmith, you DO NOT kill off Steven Tyler! Especially when he's killed by one of the Beegees!

  • @Shlaification The truth is, when this musical movie came out in 1979, it was so cheesy and silly that it RUINED or badly hurt the careers of many of the actors and singers. Even the Bee Gees and Alice Cooper regret doing this film. And to think it was produced by Robert Stigwood, who also did Grease and Saturday Night Fever.

Aerosmith was the ONLY appearance in this movie who gave a great performance to be remebered, not to mention the best version ever of Come Together!

  • @HeartBDoctor I know Frampton was never the same. At least the Bee Gees still put out music.. The other acts were nowhere to be found. ( excpet Aerosmith)

  • love beatles but if you kill Steven Tyler i hate the video

  • ooops! you killed steven tyler, but you also killed the damsel in distress!

  • I love how Aerosmith are supposed to be the bad guys in this!

  • @dragon5716 I saw shut up all music is relevant

  • Peter Frampton, the Bee Gees, Earth Wind & Fire, Aerosmith, Alice Cooper, Steve Martin. Perfect 70s lineup.

  • peter frampton killed steven tyler... that sux! lol!

  • what he said....

  • Waaaaaaaaaa I'm cryin y did the stupid beegees hav to kil my Steven Tyler YYYYYYY

  • love the beatles and aerosmith but admit it this movie wasn't the best movie ever

  • Remember sitting in the theater when this came out. Could not believe how great they covered this. Like it more than the original.

  • Steven Tyler by far is the SEXIST man alive!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Unbelievable that this song was actually written by the grossly over rated Beatles - thank god Aerosmith saw fit to record a decent version

  • @davidrhall1234 you obviously have not listened to all the beatles album....if you have not ...then you can't actually judge them as overrated....so...stfu,,,,

  • @22erickS regrettably I have. At least they served as a stimulus to bands that followed them to make much better music until Simon Cowell came along and reversed the whole process back to the kind of twee rubbish the Beatles produced before real bands came along

  • @davidrhall1234 no kidding, if its crap to you...why in the world would you listen to all the beatle albums...doesn't make sense....well at least you admitted they were the stimulus for other bands.....

  • @22erickS only to see what all the fuss was about in all honestly i don't even rate them as the best band of their generation

  • Peter Frampton and the Bee Gees kicking Aerosmith's asses... just don't see that happening.

  • For those of you that had even a single tiny little bit of doubt on the subject, Steven Tyler is officially the coolest man on the planet....and has been for a long time.

  • wished this version of the song was on the soundtrack. I think I still have the album. The one on album was different at the end of song.

  • Steven Tyler might just be the coolest person ever

  • STEVEN TYLER WAS AND STILL IS SO HOT!!!!! LOVE THIS MOVIE!!!

  • Billy:I'll save you strawberry!!!

Strawberry:Help I think he's gonna drool on me!

    Steven:Hey!!!!

ive got to admit steven is hot

  • Billy:I'll save you strawberry!!!

Strawberry:Help I think he's gonna drool on me!

    Steven:Hey!!!!

  • Billy:I'll save you strawberry!!!

Strawberry:Help I think he's gonna drool on me!

    Steven:Hey!!!!

  • why does everyone bring up random pop artist on an aerosmith video...why do we even fucking care, we know justijn beiber sucks we dont need to tell everyone.

  • This video should silence anyone who says that Steven Tyler is a sellout and embarrassing himself by judging on American Idol. He did it over 30 years ago.

  • @TurkBack2 said: This video should silence anyone who says that Steven Tyler is a sellout and embarrassing himself by judging on American Idol. He did it over 30 years ago.

I didn't see the movie when it came out - we heard it was bad - but I saw it not long ago & it's kind of bad-it's-so-good funny. Peter Frampton, Alice Cooper, Steve Martin, Aerosmith, Bee Gees, Earth Wind & Fire, etc. were all good & none of their careers were hurt by doing this movie. Same deal w/ the awful "Tommy" in '75.

  • why the hell does steven have such a huge fuckin mouth

  • steven looked so good back then WHY was i born in 96!!!!?

  • Steven Tyler is soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sexy! lol

  • Steven Tyler actuyally was chosen to play at the prestigious Kennedy Center Awards for Paul McCartney. He played an Abey Road Medley that had Paul and Mrs. Obaama in tears and Hey Jude had the President on his feet. Not to mention Aerosmith is a great band on their own too. They're really good, nobody can cover Beatles like them

  • This is a great song, but it wasn't sexy until Aerosmith sang it. Now I can't even hum it without feeling sexy. Thanks a lot Steven. Rock it from the crotch! ;P

  • This scene was the best part of this awful movie.

  • So,... Aerosmith are the bad guys?

  • @Phoenitron Fuckin' A they are

  • Well, I glad to know I'm not the only one with major hots for Steven Tyler. That man is SEXY!! He wouldn't need to tie me up and gag me to have me... One second thought that sounds kind of fun though.

  • Probably one of the most successful songs from this film with the exception of "Got to Get You Into my Life." My husband has never seen this movie and is a huge fan of this version of the song.

  • Stupid girl you do not cringe awat when Steven Tyler kisses you!

  • Aerosmith Kept The Same 5 Band Members.

  • "The Mad Hatter Presents" really? this is someone else's production. I love how these dip shits try to take credit like they had anything to do with the tune or the creation of the video

  • This song has been covered a zillion times but this is THE best cover!

  • the beatles is wayy better than aerosmith

  • @rydogg325 you have to be joking the Beatles are the most over rated band in history

  • @davidrhall1234 I AM A BLACK CHICK FROM THE HOOD AND I'M SAYIN THAT UR STATEMENT IS BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!! LOL

  • @DaJDiggy a poultry statement?

  • @davidrhall1234 get fucked. go listen to rubber soul through to abbey road and come back and say that

  • @TheMullerFan not sure why I would wish to subject myself to such pointless torture.........by the way your point was what?

  • @davidrhall1234 because if you had you wouldn't be saying The Beatles are overrated. What Beatles songs have you heard? Day tripper? Sgt Peppers? You sad sad individual. The reasons bands these days are so god damn awful is because they haven't gone and listened to the Beatles for inspiration. The Beatles wrote some of the best songs ever and if you don't recognise that you need to go rethink what your purpose on this earth is.

  • @TheMullerFan regrettably there probably isn't a single beatles song i haven't had the unfortunate experience of being subjected to although i must admit I haven't heard the material issued post Lennon's death (which presumably is even worse than that released while he was a live). The nearest any have them is got to being half decent is Lennon whose solo material is OK.

  • @davidrhall1234 i understand that everyone has opinions but you seem to misunderstand what that means. your opinion seems to be that you do not like the beatles which is fair enough. you can't say they are a horrible band. Facts cannot be disagreed with. the fact is they were an awesome band who wrote amazing songs and were highly successful because of that. it's your loss man.

  • @TheMullerFan yawn

  • @davidrhall1234 I'm really sorry, but The Beatles were making more money than you are now when you were shitting in your diapers. And they made more after that. And they got laid more. And they made better music than you will ever make.

Yeah, they pretty much did everything better than you or your children will ever do. Or your children's children.

Or they're children. Face it , your family will always be forgotten. But the Beatles will rock on and be remembered forever.

  • @PvtRichardCranium so does Jordan but that doesn't mean they are any good

  • @PvtRichardCranium why are all Beatles fans so touchy about their second rate heroes? Next you'll be telling me Michael Jackson was a genius ..lol

  • @davidrhall1234 Wow, you are just all forms of troll today aren't you?

  • @PvtRichardCranium the tuly sadest form of tantrum is that the reverts to the language of the cradle but then as a Beatles fan i would expect no less from you now begone before I become totally bored with your drivel

Ps may be worth asking an adult to respond on your behalf

A glass may be half full but the cranium appears empty

  • @davidrhall1234 That comment made no sense whatsoever.

  • @PvtRichardCranium point made I would say

  • @TheMullerFan The Beatles themselves are at best a modestly twee band who have become massively over rated to the extent that sad and easily misled people like yourself believe they are so important that they warrant comments along the lines of "wrote some of the best songs ever and if you don't recognise that you need to go rethink what your purpose on this earth is".

  • @TheMullerFan The simple answer is that even great musicians (clearly a group the Beatles do not belong to) are of little importance and are at best of modest entertainment value although I will concede that Live Aid and did make a significant contribution to matters which are important. Rather than railing against those who do not share your opinion (and sadly as you grow up you will find there are many) you should perhaps learn about those things which actually are important. Rant over

  • @davidrhall1234 But The Beatles were VERY important themselves, to the entire music scene. When they released Please Please Me, that was officially the start of the British invasion; the single is also considered the quintessential British invasion song. Very catchy, very happy, with some very beautiful vocal harmonies. And later on (Sgt. Pepper, Magical Mystery Tour), they became the physical embodiment of progressive ideals. They are the single biggest rock influence EVER.

  • People, this is from a movie made in the late '70s by Robert Stigwood, RSO label.

Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band is the title and featured the Bee Gees,

Peter Frampton, Alice Cooper, Aerosmith, and others. Enjoy while you can as this is a rarity indeed.

  • Masterly realization!!!!!!

  • @iaavhp1 Dont attempt to talk to this idiot he said he likes zeppelin but not aerosmith because they're blues based , if he knew shit about it he'de know that Led Zeppelin is a Blues infused Rock group from england , hmm aerosmith and

Zeppelin are both blues based look at that 8|

  • steve tyler has a big mouth actually he does my mom has a huge crush on him

  • ...They were about to confront the villain in his lair, FVB. The evil force that would poison young minds, pollute the environment and subvert the democratic process. And worst of all, change Strawberry into a mindless groupie. THIS was the enemy. FVB, Future Villain Band.

  • was this from some kinda movie cuz it sure looks like it.

  • @twf308pikmin It's from the Bee Gee's Sgt Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band movie. George Burn's even sings a Beatles tune in it.

  • The first time I ever heard this song was when I saw this movie as a little kid and this is still my favorite version of this song.

  • i thought the Peter and Steven fighting was sexy XD

  • Steven Tyler is ugly!!!

  • @Mr8bitgamer Maybe so...but he has a sort of sex appeal about him. Aerosmith is one of the GREATEST bands to ever form along with Led Zepplin, Yes, AC/DC, Rush, KISS, the Beatles and many more from the beginnings of Rock and Roll.

  • @dollrescuer

Well i personaly don't like Aeros, mith, but thats just my opinion.

I think the bands you've just named KISS, AC/DC Led Zeppelin etc. are more classic rock and roll, Aerosmith as more of a bleus kind of style wich i don't like. Aerosmith is boring on stage to, if you go to a Kiss concert ( where i've been) you see just 4 guys in make - up (wich is a original idea) bombastic and a amazing visual show. But its stays Rock N' Roll. You like Aerosmith, thats great. I don't.

  • @Mr8bitgamer I'm not much of a concert goer, but my Husband agrees with you about a KISS concert. He says they put on an awesome show. I do like "Blues" music, like Eric Clapton, Kenny Wayne Sheppard, John Mayer and several others. My husband likes most all music, as do I, and he and I agree that Rap is Crap. Isn't it wonderful to be able to choose what we listen to? There are some countries that play music all over town and you aren't allowed to listen to what you want OR drive the car you want

  • @Mr8bitgamer don't act like you know what you're talking about. if you knew the first thing about music then you'd know that led zepplin is VERY blues based. that song "black dog" has a blues riff. Jimmy page's solos even sound like kind of a pub blues. kiss is good but makes their band seem too much like a cartoon rock band. aerosmith keeps things original and wild. who cares if you don't like aersosmith, just don't talk about shit you don't understand..... you sound ignorant and stupid.

  • classic great stuff!

  • I saw this movie when I was about 6 and fell in love with Steven Tyler! I still find him sexy even in his 60's...that mouth...omg, yum

  • @twistedsister1975 you and me both! I was about 6, too! I had an instant crush on Peter Frampton as Billy Shears, but when I saw Steven Tyler-even though I knew he was the villain--I was GONE!!

  • @OwMyEverything hes not holding it his hands just resting on it

  • wait, when he was on the ground, and the mic fell first, how is Steven holding it???

  • I remember seeing this movie Seargent Pepper when I was a child and this scene excited me and scared me at the same time. Whoa. I will never forgot it.

  • @irunmadn that's so funny. I was 8 yrs. old when my older sister took me to see it since she loved Peter Frampton. I felt the same way: thought it was scary but I liked the song.:)

  • @samsuiza And now when I watch it today, it's like the stupidest movie ever and how did I think it was so cool? I had a major crush on Peter Frampton when she sang "Here Comes The Sun" while he was sleeping in the hay. Steven Tyler kicks ass.

  • Hey look, Steven Tyler fell off the stage again

  • Steve could whoop Pete's ass anytime..lol

  • damn his mouth HUGE lol!

  • Best cover in the movie.

  • Woww... four men in shiny suits vs. the most badass band of all time... my life is complete..

  • So this was the first time Steven Tyler fell from a stage.

  • if SPLHCB are The Beatles stand-in, does that make F.V.B. a Rolling Stones stand-in? is that kinda what they were going for here? Quasi-Beatles vs. Quasi-Stones?

  • the bee gees vs the toxic twins
