  • My name is Aaron B.

My mother and I own the company so I do not make an hourly rate, but, we charge $75/hr on service work.

Helping people is the best part of my job.

I get and we offer health, dental, optical.

Bonuses are calculated according to customer satisfaction and profitability.

Job requirements are various from High School Ed to bachelors degree with science and math backgrounds.

Worst part of my job is the long hours. 80+ hours per week for 4-6 months out of the year.

I am actually going to work for Elkridge Landscaping in Gresham,OR over this summer, i worked their last year and the pond on this video is almost identical to the one we built, except ours didn't slope to one end. Jaryd A.
