Your SHITTY consoles only get 60 FPS on 1024x600 resolution. In the PS3 there's no AA at all, and on the Xbox360 you only get 2x AA.

I think they're the same except maybe for PhysX. The quality is reduced quite a bit because of all the shit that you have to go through to capture video from your XBox 360. Not to mention the fact that Youtube lowers the quality quite a bit as well.

On veteran, you can get quite lucky or have extremely well planted claymores/C4s to make it past one shot, one kill without setting in that nook at a nearby building. Dirty cheat pretty much, but that's about what it takes to make it past that level.

A lot of people say the last part of One Shot, One Kill is the hardest part of the game on veteran. It's actually very easy if you know where to hide and know where to set up your claymores and what not. This level is harder.

oh my god im begining to despise COD4 solely because of this mission. i got into the war room, died and went ALL the way back to half way through the level. i should have had 2 checkpoints since then. the guy who created this level needs to be killed.

The reason why checkpoints sometimes not appear is because of the time.

For example: There won't be a checkpoint if you have 10 seconds left or something, that would be unfair, because you will never make it with such less time.

The first checkpoint on this level is get to the steps with the emblem with 7 and a half minutes left. Next up is clear the following corridor and get to the red corner with 6 minutes left to go... and that's only as far as I am. It is a pretty hard level. Anyway, hope that helps man.

watch this guys walkthrough on that one too. it helped me beat it. although i have one modification to his strtegy. when the helicopters come and drop off reinforcements there is a V-shaped tree near where he is. it offers excellent cover against any enemies that get close.
