I just have to say what iv been saying since I first saw this trailer. This game better be just as good as this trailer otherwise it will fall into the bin of great trailer, but terrible game. Which a few games in the past have already fell into that category. But so far what me and my friend think this trailer is awesome.

If the game doesn't turn out well I think you guys should make it into a movie cause this trailer alone was awesome enough to watch more then a few times.

Resistance 3 made up for all the bad choices Insomniac made with Resistance 2 and then some. 1 was good, 2 was meh, but 3 was epic. I loved everything about 3 and it was a great conclusion to the series. It's just too bad 2 left such a bad taste in everyone's mouth I'm not surprised many people didn't bother giving 3 a chance. It's sad because people are missing out on a great game.

@dippers007 Insomniac Games made this character first.. this game was announced last June. Insomniac and Naughty Dog studio's are neighbour studios. Both developers are very close. EA only publish this game for all platfroms, Insomniac will still make exclusive games for PS3 with Sony. To clarify, no one stole or copied anything. I know people in real life who look like the Last of Us guy.

i love R3, personally.

but the Campaign had too many loose ends, the MP is kind of a CoD wanna-be. IG didnt really check out their Global Resistance website to see what fans had to say, to what could make the game better. Plus theyre DLC is kind of crappy, no one plays Invasion and Survival isnt unlimited waves like it says it is. Along with them just ditching the series without giving answers, its all one huge disappointment.

This could be amazing; 4-player drop in, drop out co-operative play sounds like it may have taken inspiration from Insomniac's own 8-player co-op from Resistance 2. Also, the art style and weaponry remind me of Timesplitters which is a very good thing indeed. Is this a 3rd person game?

In October last year there were some who complained about 'unauthorised access' to their accounts (those who were playing FIFA 12), but after a investigation by EA and Microsoft, it was determined that there was no problem with security. I've done a search and have found no evidence of Xbox Live being successfully 'hacked'. Speaking for myself, I've had no problem with my Xbox Live account, nor has anyone else I know/have on my friendlist.

@WeAreChuckNorris Gotta disagree with you there. While Sony was the main juggernaut for that generation of gaming, you can't deny XBOX helped put gaming where it was today. Hell, neither of them wouldn't be here if nintendo didn't revitalize video games with the NES way back. And Microsoft has made what is possibly one of the most ingenious ideas of any console generation: Achievements. Those small point rewards added massive replay to every game released for this generation

Granted, other developers are too, like DICE or Bioware, but it seems like developers like Insomniac and Naughty Dog want to push the envelope and try different things instead of using the same generic templates
