Some other artist probably draws the weapon concepts...this guy just copies them in and traces them in because a.) it saves time and b.) ensures the weapon is the same across multiple portraits.

@alipinski1993 The program that the artist uses IS photoshop. As for which version, it doesn't really matter if you're not going to use all the fancy features they keep adding in -- so long as you aren't using the extremely old ones such as anything under version 7.0
