yea but the good (or bad) part of this fight was that healers only had to heal 3-4 people who would be taking all the damage no matter what.

he is pretty difficult since you need good gear to tank him and healers need to heal all out for so long. but the coordination is pretty simple compared to other bosses farther in nax. search for "talason thaddius" if you want to see what i consider one of the harder bosses, though this is just phase 2.
