  • Not completely true. I had a magnaflow catless setup on my 93 chev and it was a ton louder than any blowmaster.

  • Magnaflows for performance, it's sounds great but very mild, u want loud then go with flowmaster, they are both good brands

  • i like to dip when I am on the farm

  • Fuck yeah! Nebraska! Haha

  • Sound`s good Buck!

  • im from north platte. just sayin

  • man can you put up another vid of how and where your pipes are i just got the side exit pipes done on my 98 and it looks gay

  • im curious wat all is done 2 ur exhaust system? cuz i have a 93 chevy c1500 350tbi with heddman long tubes and dual magnaflows and its not that loud at all.

  • i always loved that body style. I had a dark blue 95'. Loved it. I always liked the "Chevrolet" on the tail gate.

  • Screw Magna Flow. Straight pipes and headers all the way!!

  • @nickrd10bk I've learned through the years, that generally speaking, the more true performance people put into their DD vehicles (cam, heads, headers, N2O etc...) The quieter they want it.

Loud exhaust on a DD is cool if you're 16, or have the intelligence of a 16 year old. Truth be told, a good quiet to mild tone will always sound better than obnoxious loud.

  • I just put dual magnaflows on my 96 Chevy. and I love it! the whole hook-up with stainless tips and stainless pipes cost me 260 bucks.

  • @bobthefreak09

yeah i had a manifold leak for the longest time .. i finally got around to fixing it though it was almost as loud as my exhaust

  • yo how much did that cost?

  • i know its magna flow, but what type of tip is it? or is it the whole system or what? cuz i want my truck to sound like this.

  • THAT SHIT SUCKS IT SOUNDS LIKE THE DAM TRUCK IF FIXING TO FALL APART WHEN U CRANK IT THATS SUM DUMB SHIT... WHAT DID U TAKE OFF THE CATS THATS STUPID YALL WANNA HEAR A REAL DUAL EXHAUST CHECK OUT MY PROFILE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I JUST PUT MY VIDS UP

  • i always heard magnaflows sounded shitty and quiet .. that actually sounds really good.

  • @leafsrule16 I have MagnaFlows on my truck, and you can hear them 2 miles away. I asked.

  • @bobthefreak09

funny you say that .. i just picked up a set of magnaflows myself. they dont seem to have that much of a deep sound, to me they make my car sound .. kind of higher pitched? its weird .. i have them on a 4.6 v8, h-pipe true duals no reasonators and 2 small stubby cats instead of the 4, 2 inch piping then 2.5 inch mufflers and 3 inch rolled ege tips

  • @leafsrule16 They sound awesome and throaty on my 1996 Chevy K1500 5.7L but the only thing is that the cat is shot on my truck and it sputters in a ticking and clicking sound. and when it's idling you hear it over the mufflers, it's quite annoying. But at least I'm legal with having cats.

  • how much did your cost ?????????????

  • What size are the tips?

  • VERY BADASS SOUNDING CHEVY TRUCK & I'M A PICKUP MAN MYSELF WITH A '91 CHEVY PICKUP WITH 3" SINGLE EXHAUST & 30" GLASSPACK!! MY MOM LOVES IT! MY SWEET OLD CHEVY SOUNDS LIKE KITT ON THE OLD SHOW OF KNIGHT RIDER!

  • its not loud enough if u can still hear the fuel pump at idle

  • the tips look kind of gay

  • truck sounds good can you tell me where i can get the system and part #?

  • what magnaflow muffler is it??

  • Which model magnaflow muffler was that? Was the cat still in there?

  • do you have this truck in omaha??

  • no i live in lincoln. I sold it july of '08...picked up a '99 Tahoe, and now have an '01 Suburban. I've got video of my Suburban's exhaust on here

  • @huskerz94 Hey cool, someone else from Lincoln, do you ever go to the Culver's car shows?

  • I really like the sound of that! my dad has pretty much the same truck but a 97 and he plans on putting that same style of exhaust on it. is yours a 5.7L?

  • ya thats def. a 350. cant mistake that sound!!

  • Yeah

  • Some slant cut tips would look good on it. Just my opinion. Check out my videos for my loud truck.

  • Flowmasters are cool but i prefer Straight Pipes.

  • Those tips had a slight slant to them. It's hard to see in the video.

  • @huskerz94 yea i like your style better PERSONALLY i like the 15 degree cut better than the 45 degree cut cause every body else has the 45's.

  • @huskerz94 I have the same truck. Is that the Magnaflow 14325 muffler with 2.25 inch inlets/outlets? is there one or two mufflers?

  • Man! listen to that sound magnaflow has really

    perfected these sport exhaust systems,

mf-performance com is where i bought mine

super cheap and zero charge on shipping!

These are the best sounding for the trucks nice deep loud sound with the polished look.

  • what about a magnaflow exhaust on a 2001 dodge 1500 with a 360 v8? is that good for it or is flowmaster better?

  • I have a 1996 Chevy 1500 pickup truck 4.3L. Can anybody tell me if I should put flowmaster's on it?

  • yes they sound great on the gm v6. I used to have a 93 s10 w/same engine w/flowmaster.

  • Ok. Thanks for the input. I went to the exhaust shop and had it installed. I put Flowmaster Super 44's on it. It sounds like a V8! I'll put videos of it up soon.

  • yes

  • sounds awesome! what size motor do you have in there?

  • This sounds really good, could you please tell me exactly what exhaust system you have, like pipe, tip, and muffler size? Thanks

  • Great truck! I just picked up a '97 Z71 4X4 with the 5.7L Vortec. It's bone stock and I've been looking for a great exhaust. I'm really picky though, I want one made of real T-304 stainless, unlike some of these other cheap companies that use aluminumized steel or 409 stainless. Your truck sounds great! Any other mods done to it?

  • hey man, i have the same truck you just picked up, isn't the truck awesome? even stock it has some balls. i have dual flowmasters on mine and it sounds incredible and it gained an extra 25 ponies. i also have a k&n cold air intake, hedman headers, and hypertech performance chip and the truck just runs beautifully. ricers pull up to me thinking they got balls and wen i floor it they are left in the dust hah, check out my video. i will post a better one a little later

  • I use the truck to haul my bikes around. With the trailer full of tools and both bikes it still pulls as if it were empty. Bloody strong truck, and over the bumps I feel very little chassis flex even with an empty bed. I'm glad I picked this one up. I was originally looking at an F-150 FX4 but I opted for the Chevy. I wouldn't buy a Dodge 'cause they're junk to me. I'm definitely going to throw in a cold air intake. I need an exhaust though, it's just too damn quiet for me!

  • ya definately, i've always been a chevy man. if you want luxury, you go for ford cuz they drive like cars, if you want power you go for chevy, and if you want crap you go to dodge hah. ya i would put flowmaster on, you will be very satisfied i promise you that

  • Yeah, Dodge is crap. The Flowmaster you have on your Z71 sounds monstrous! I'm pricing out exhausts at the moment, and maybe an intake as well. I have plenty of power as the truck was well taken care of, but you can never have too much!

  • sounds like mine nice truck

  • wow actually sounds good on your truck, i think my motors too much for the magnaflows. they crackle and bark, sounds like ass

  • NEBRASKA! the good life! cornhuskers rule!

  • No, they don't

  • What is a cornhusker?

  • this exhaust is like the last shit i took....NOT BAD AT ALL. ya i have dual flowmasters and the same exact truck as yours, same color everything, CHEVY IS DA BEST

  • im looking for tires good for offroad but i dont want noisy mud terrains. i was looking at Trailmark M/S Radial tires but i need 35" and those come in sizes up to 33". anyone have suggestions?

  • I sold the truck that's in this video about a month ago and got a '99 tahoe. I had Nitto Terra Grapplers on the truck..and on the tahoe now, I have BFG All-Terrains (little pricey, but worth it) I drive a lot on highways and the interstate, and neither of the tires made/make a whole lot of road noise. I went through a decent amount of mud and snow with the Nitto Terra grapplers, and they did just fine. How much are you looking at spending?

  • wow cant believe you sold it. anyway im looking for a price range of 100- 200 and ive heard alot of bad reviews on bfgoodrick all terrains. mostly side wall blowouts at 3k- 10k miles

  • no worries...I'll get another one in a few years.

I hope to get exhaust put on early next week on the Tahoe...maybe go with flowmaster 40 or 50 series...but I've heard flowmaster pipes don't last as long as magnaflow. I'll get a vid up of the exhaust when I get it. I went with BFGs becuz my friend had them on his wrangler, and his dad has them on his '98 chevy, and both had no complaints. Plus, the raised white letters look good hah..

  • with or with out cats?

  • With the cats

  • was that a cat-back exhaust?

  • i see you got magnaflows on your truck, im lookin for the same type of pipes for my 96 chevy, what kind are your pipes

  • alot like my truck

ill go video it the same way

ive got the flowmaster 40 series with magnaflow tips it think like yours

  • looks and sounds awsome dude. I'm lookin to get somthin similar

  • v6 or v8?

  • r u dumb?

    5.7 350 (v8)

  • i have that exact system on my truck too, it sounds good, but i dont think its loud enough, but loud exhaust can get annoying too...so its pro's and con's

  • Electric cutouts. Loud as hell when you want, and quiet when you get tired of it at the flip of a switch. I have a set of QTPs on my 76' Stingray.

  • sounds good

  • a couple of words..........

    AMAZING TRUCK AND BADASS SOUND.

    peace.

check out sum of my vids bro.

  • That sounds really good!

  • how much this setup cost you?Sounds awesome too

  • I got it done about july of 2005...and i can't honestly remember....it was $250-275

  • Sounds Pretty Good

  • sounds good. is it true duals or si/do??

  • true dual pipes...but only 1 muffler

  • is it the di/do?? what size case?

  • hey u got a muffler get some 18 inch glass packes or if u want it louder 16 inch

  • if your goin with glass packs go 18 inch. if you go to short they give you that shity rattly sound. the longer ones just rumble

  • yea.. thats sounds awesome... chevy is the way to go...

  • that sounds alsom. i was thinking about getting dual magnaflow exhaust for my 98 chevy. is it loud in the cab when u are going down the road

  • Im on the interstate and highway a lot...and when goin 75-80...it's actually not that bad...i may just be so use to it though

  • niiiiice! mines a 94 with one exhaust but it sounds like two but it sounds good bro!

  • Nice exhaust! Go huskers :( lol im in kearney

  • what kind of muffler is that on the magnaflow that gave you that rattle..sounds great

  • Let that 350 purr!

  • do you have a 5.0 or a 5.3L in your truck? I have a 5.0 and want to get exhaust. Nice sound by the way!

  • it's a '96...so it's got the 5.7

  • Well he asked because 96 was the year they introduced the Vortech engines.

  • its a 5.7 litre

  • Truck sounds awesome. I see your a huskers fan. Im in Omaha, Ne.
