Decent fish Buddie No place near any record for the canal 70LBS needed to beat that God how can dood stand that drunken pigs voice??? I couldn't take 1 minute & 35 seconds of her . the Striper on the other hand mmm good eating . Did i hear that ass say toss it back in the water? Why fish if you toss em back this isn't fresh water dood eat that fish BBQ a stripe steaks get foil, tomatoes, pepper, onion ,Italian dressing, all in foil 20 minutes feed 6 people easy 2 nights in a row
@jumpa01 Maybe they fish for fun? If they're not going to eat it it's cool to thrown them back. Keep the 28 inch fish to eat - throw tke breeder fish back!
I just hate to see people waste fish 90% of the time a Striper is going to inhale the hook & when the rookie angler who uses non biodegradable hooks "More expensive" The fish will die. Here on Cape Cod KIVSTEV we pride ourselves for using every single part of the fish, my family & I will fillet the Striper then drop"the rack" as we call it in a bucket to be used in our lobster traps as bait. NO PART of any fish we catch is ever wasted. Rookies, please never yank a swallowed hook
@micuzzu67 Yea but that was a baby one what they caught to the one i caught that was 45 pounds on a live bait that was 12 inches and I was on my boat letting the current taking it out for like a hour then my drag was going for 5 mins and a 1 hour fight
awesome fish, even better on saying that its gotta go back in the water, a fish like that lays millions of eggs and ensures that my kids and my kids, kids will have a chance to catch such a magnificent fish.

Here in Italy, for mediterranean seabass (up to 20-22 lbs), we use shorter rods (6'6"), smaller reels (Shimano 4000 size) and 4-5" lures.

Nice ass striper man, what were you using for bait? We use bloodworms in the Delaware all the time and have really good luck.
