Frank admired Hendrix a lot, as he said in interviews. You can tell from listening to this that it is partial homage to Hendrix. Franks style is derivative and I mean that in a good way. Like Arthur Lee and Love .... Frank could play just about anything in any style. Frank though is a unique player... unorthodox creative also as to his dissonant mad scrambles.
