Used Final Cut Pro to move mouths..just used a series of drawn shapes and literally animated them one frame at a time. Once you build a few mouth moving sequences, you can sometimes just drop them on top of your character and the movement will be close enough. It's not high tech, not hard...but a bit time consuming. We are working on a sequel...it's written, voices recorded...now to find time to animate the thing...sigh!
