It's a short film directed by Phil Harder, included in Low's 'A Lifetime of Temporary Relief' boxset. The words are from Bryan Malessa's 'Letter to Raymond Chandler', and are read here by Mike Nicolai.

It's pretty exhaustive (so quality's variable), and worth buying I think for the videos alone.. I seem to recall there being some additional live footage hidden on there too - on top of whatever's listed..
