  • "the russians..chinese..brits..so so..are better." AHAh, i love it how everyone is "so" knowledgeable nowadays. Newsflash, just because you've watched youtube videos doesn't make you the subject expert matter

  • Awesome! they shoot so close to each other!

  • There are some close shots to that number 1 man wooh! Talk about using that 1 meter rule. Good stuff!

  • all i can say is.. this was done at a really impressive speed.

  • Keep leading the way Guys.....so the oppressed may be free

Proud of the US Army.....Sine Pari

  • @caseychao hi case, thanks for uploading the video. could you tell me where I could watch the whole video?

  • Where is the original video from? Was it part of a television program?

  • 2:08 was that a mexican holding a beer mannequin? Good video

  • all who commented about barrels down obviously have never used 'real rifles' while trying to transition around corners and thru a tight doorway while fully kitted.

  • Notice from 1:16-1:17 the point man entered with his rifle down, he wasn't looking up he was looking down, he moved his left hand off the weapon to push the moving door which he could have used his left shoulder for that job. That is shit trained soldier. And this is no kid talking :) I've been trained in UK and USA, I "Improved" that knowledge, and I know what im talking about.

  • @jozeaphe you have no idea what you are talking about. Anyone that has ever done room clearing knows that when you cross the threshold of the door you keep your rifle angled down, once you are clear of the doorframe you pop it up to the ready. The reason for this is so that the barrel of your weapon doesn't slam into the doorframe. The only way to enter a room with the weapon at the ready is if you come straight in and not from the stacked position next to the door. That would be a death wish.

  • @bigdude90 At least the point man should enter with his rifle aimed up, then the rest enter with rifles down and then aim up while entering the room, and this is movenment for the secondery men should be fast and fluid not discreet like it is here in the video, respone should be faster, and one more, why not having realstic rooms with real life objects in them since you americans have the money for it?

  • @jozeaphe Judging by the narrator's comments this is a mock up of Modello prison in Panama for the rescuse of Kurt Muse.

The guys who did that rescue were 1st SFOD-D...So I'm just gonna go with the guys in the video know their shit. It might not be how you do it, but it works for them and they've been around the block a few times.

  • @gandhicakes Don't get me wrong they are alright, and they would do well against untrained terrorists, but to say those are Special forces, is overrated, especially when America has all the money and resources to train better. You should see the Russian or Chinese Special Forces, or the British for that matter, THOSE are real Special Forces. The drills I'm seeing in the video are the army basic room clearance drills, nothing "special" about it.

  • They enter the room with the rifles pointed down, and once they step in the put the rifle up and aim, what a shit drill, these guys would be dead in less than a sec if real trheat was in any of these rooms.

  • Delta...that my friends was perfection at it's best!! They come knockin' on your door..cancel Christmas.

  • thats weird i though delta used 1911s, hk 23 , sigs or glocks. not the beretta

  • @marbito11 This isn't Delta. Looks like Green Berets/CIF Team.

  • this is delta

  • They are trained to put rounds into threats within inches of their buddies with brilliant accuracy while “smoothly” transitioning during many hours of rehearsals. But it is true that many techniques will never be shown, including here. Also know that there is many injuries that do occur during this and other kinds of training, including death.

  • I can see all the ignorance that’s out there regarding the truth about this kind of stuff by reading these comments. I myself was in ARMY Special Operations under (USASOC/JSOC) and this video here is the real deal.....to an extant. The live fire training and "doubling up" rounds placed into the "threat," breaching with use of shotgun/flash bangs/breaching charges, and yes use of the M-4 carbine as primary weapon in CQC/CQB direct action and assaulting roles, but now tasked to the H&K 416........

  • @kimjim09 You were in Delta?

  • Gun control is ....being able to hit your target! Am interested to see these guys faces. So much for OPSEC

  • Gun control is ....being able to hit your target!

  • Dam...Thease guys are crazy! 0:47 look how close hes shooting from his team!

  • Thanks troops to have the BALLS to do this. All will talk shit, but they don't have the balls to join the forces. We will do the job!!!

  • D-BOYS !!!

  • I wasn't saying what I said because I play video games i said it because I am serving and I have done cqb courses. don't just assume everyone gets their knowledge from the internet.

  • It's a wonderful age we live in - elite soldiers being belittled online by hordes of Xbox and PS3 owners. Whatever though, type your comments... those that have been there and done it know what it's all about and we'll just sit back laughing if you get the chance to try and pull your movie/video game shit in real life. Actually we won't because it's disrespectful to laugh at the dead.

  • Looks fun. :3

  • You guys are all idiots. I love watching you trip over yourselves with your bullshit knowledge from Google. Either step up, or shut up. Go PT

  • 1:35 wth was that?

  • at 1:20 I wonder if he ever stopped to think that maybe the guy that was standing right next to the target might have engaged it. usually when you move to your assigned area you hook in the door go along the wall while engaging if necessary and then sweep to your final area. no use in taking an unnecessary risk putting bullets right next to your buddy when it is safe to assume your teamate has already eliminated the threat right next to him.

  • @we2184 i have the same thinking with you bro..they cant show all of the correct technique to the public i guess..sort of ridiculous in my opinion..tide space high powered rifle shooting at some thing/one 5cm beside your buddy..sounds like a 7 extra duty on the week end to me..haha

  • very cool. i here in SEAL team breacher school is a shitload of fun. an i can see why.

  • poser

  • @TacticalConnoisseur

so let me get something straight...you're not even in buds yet...not even done with buds, not even done with otc, not even in the community, yet you want to denigrate guys in a socom unit using old ttps for a demo video...wow.

  • Remember Kids: There are four swords on the JSOC Patch and SF is not one of them. There is a different between SF and Special Operations.

  • SF falls under SOC (Special Operations Command). They are SOF. As are Rangers, Delta, SEALS, SOARs, and a bunch of other units. JSOC is the component of SOC that controls the Special Mission Units. Those are the most elite of the SOC units. Army's Delta Force, Navy SEALS, and the AF's 24th Special Tactics Squadron are the only SMUs known to exist. These are the "elite of the elite" as the guy in the video puts it. The ones in the video might be Delta.

  • Dude, read the description before posting. 2nd Bn, 1st SWTG is as far from CAG as you could get. I can see that you read the Wikipedia Page on JSOC. So, you should know there is a difference between SF and SO. SFs primary mission is Foreign Internal Defense, while SO is Direct Action. The only element of SF that is DA is their CIF Teams, but they were excused from JSOC for an incident overseas. They are not my family, so one of them could tell you about it. Quality SF guys do not stay in SF.

  • Ah. Didn't pay attention to the title/description. I guess they're not CAG. Regardless, the Special Forces are a Special Operations Force. Speaking of Wiki, that's the first line in their Wiki page. They fall under the command of SOC don't they? You sound like you know way more than I do. I just enlisted Infantry and I'm hoping to go that route so I'm still just trying to learn about this stuff as much as possible.

  • @templarknight86 Hey brother you forgot Regiments rotation RRD and the formerly known as ISA (Virginia boys) under the SMU flag. I would not call them the elite of the elite I would describe them as extremely welled trained experts in certain missions but no better than standard SOF just more focused in specifics.

  • @RocketRitch88

    lol oh man.

  • cool video. I hate the M9.

  • Argue all the little bullshit you guys want to the only bad part about this video is that it got posted in 04 (who knows when it wa filmed) and they still have better gear than what dude are carrying into the ghan and izraq. That is shameful on the part of our gov, and upper military/legislative leadership

  • nice hair pretty boy

  • This is from a 3 disc dvd set covering the various SOF around the world. It has GIGN, US SF, GROM snd a few other. I used to own it but have missed placed it. It's pre 9/11 and thus quite dated.

  • What video is this from? Seems like to be the Discover Channel, TLC, or another show? Also who is the last man talking?

    Thanks for whoever responds!

  • The guy at the end is Kurt Muse, an American CIA Operative, who was captured by Manuel Noreiga's men in Panama during 1989. December of that year, a rescue was conducted to free him by Delta Force Operators as part of the U.S. Invasion of Panama. Look up: Operation Acid Gambit and the book, Six Minutes to Freedom. Don't know what this is, but if you find out more on this documentary let me know.

  • Why run past the targets to get to the corner BOFORE engaging?!?!?!?!

  • Called "donning the walls" if you're talking about 1:20 its probably because room was flashed prior to entry, otherwise he would have killed them on the spot.

  • Hey, at approximately 1:27, what looks like a primary breacher, is given the command to blow the hinges off, but fails before a secondary breacher uses explosives to level the door. During their transition, another individual flicks something like a flashbang or a smoke grenade out to the side. Any idea why he would do this?

  • im thinking that flashbang was already primed for that door, and since that door didnt give way, he figured it would be safer to detonate it in the corner of the room instead of having it addcidently blow up in the stack. Just my assumtion though, I was always wondering why he did that.

  • i think they are clips from different entry teams....

  • hey thanks for responding..haha I didnt know people still commented on this video..but if you listen at 2:18 the main individual they're interviewing says, "..you just witnessed 'a' four man assault element goin into an urban environment, and uh goin through room clearing."..so mostly likely one team

  • Momentum.

  • yea good call..can anyone point out the mistakes they made here?

  • because if a target isnt armed or maybe a bystander in the room, you are to push pass them so you can get to your position... you either knock the target down with the butt of you weapon or you let the second guy take down the target...

  • Because each team member has a specific area of the room they're responsible for covering. Plus, if someone stops in the doorway or doesn't do what they're supposed to, the other members can't get into the room and do THEIR jobs. And that usually means someone innocent dies.

  • Everybody train UT the same way, Its no secret.

But these men are very very good on what the doing, ppl saying otherwise have no experience of UT

  • Well, if you know anything about breaching you would know that they are not blowing off the door knob, they are dislodging/ destroying the locking mechanism, or the bolt. Shooting off the door knob is no guarentee that the door will unlock.

Get up out of your arm chair, general.

  • how?they're not going full speed its just a demo.

  • Alright pal. I didn`t say something like "This is the example of CQB." Personally I`ve boarded a ship and tried the ship interdiction course in states and we also made mistakes in the exercise. Luckily, it wasn`t a real operation, otherwise we might all turned up DEAD. All I wanna say is"We all learn from our mistakes."

if you can see those mistakes, that means you`re pretty good. Congratulation

  • @caseychao The only mistakes I saw was almost blue on blue a few times and muzzles were down once inside the room. Other than that they did fine/

  • @eagletangogreen mind pointing out some flaws?

  • @eagletangogreen obviously it was good enough to rescue Kurt Muse in the middle of HOSTILE FUCKING PANAMA! You're one of the most ignorant people on earth. SEALs know what they're doing. If they began riding unicycles in firefights, god dammit it'd be effective.

  • @roberto376 SEALs didn't rescue Kurt Muse, 1st SFOD-D did. SEALs did a host of other ridiculous missions in Panama but Muse was rescued by CAG.

  • @eagletangogreen I know this is years old and God knows if you will even read this; but I wanted to know why you thought it was so bad? To be honest, based on your comment I think you're just trying to start an argument. Quite honestly I though they did pretty damn good if you ask me. And if you see better then that on a daily basis, more power to you. Atleast they are on OUR side.

  • @eagletangogreen Because they're really going to show the public how they actually do it?

  • HOOAH!

    Can't believe this is declassified.

    Viva la Pineland!

  • very cool
