Martial Arts Business - Starting A Martial Art School Pt I

Thanks. This is great. I'm from Lancaster, England. I currently operate in schools and church halls to cut down on overheads. I have access to a church hall that is very small and want to do more there but I can't fit a lot of people in it. Any thoughts about how I schedule classes? I thought about just splitting by level to start with an see what happens. I mostly teach kids but would like to expand to teach adults. I started with 3 students too but now have an active count of 16.
