@willhope94 I've got an updated version in the making. I've found a place for different vocals in the 2nd part, with a slightly altered bass section. I think the intro is fine as it is. any shorter would disrupt the flow of the track. it keeps it chilled.

People i want help on my mixing and mastering. I dont care if u dont like the track, Maybe you can give me an objective opinion on whether i need to raise the level of the snare... or if i have to much reverb on the vocal... or if some effect i used sounds cheesy... or if the stereo spread is off... or if the bass/reese sound dull... or theres too much compression on the guitar... or whatever. sayin the song is crap or i've destroyed a good song wont help me make it better. which i'm tryin to do

My point in that is, bands , solo - artists , don't go around asking for approval. @XxIblinkIxX Thanks. I used fl studio. However, i cant complete anymore projects past about 64 bars because my computer is not good enough. I have about 10 projects on the go all needing more computing power. saving up then will get them finished.

@denimslugs The beats, & mixing sound really nice. Harsh wobbles & fierce "Filthy" Dubstep would have been a disaster; this was well conceived Bro. The genius would be if you could find a way to insert more vocals. I understand that his singing doesn't match, but maybe the key phrases could be broken up & inserted to remind everyone that this is RHCP. Intro is nice, but I'd like to hear some more pieces or echos of vocals.

@bood420 ok. cheers for that. but that guitar riff is part of the original song. and dont you recognise the voice samples, they too are from the original? also, i think i've only included the full riff 3 times in an 8min song, the rest is chopped up and fx'd, hardly repetitive. what would you say i do better?

honestly, this song is quite a good first attempt, but is too long and boring, don't make remixes that are 3 times longer than the original. i would like to see another remix from you, red hot chili peppers a really good artists, but there arent many good remixes though

@kevinausolfen Cheers for the advice, I've only been on the loops about a year and if i'm honest didn't have a clue how to remix i've just sort of gone along with it. I also didn't have much of the original to work with. An accapella and the into guitar riff. Would've liked more vocals, but nothing worked at 140. Peace.
