update:

on May 2nd, the owner/operator of the site at 1137 East Mountain Road South was issued a violation from the NYSDEC for violating our Federally Mandated Stormwater Phase II laws.

The violation notice stated that the property's overall rating was "Unsatisfactory"...this is the worst of three possible ratings.

So there building on a site thats been abandoned for +15 years.

BIG FUCKING DEAL.

no one is doing anything about this construction...I've been concerned about this development for a year and a half now, and no one on any level of government (or our community) seem to give two shits about what's happening about this property and the dying hudson river tributary that it's built upon.
