2:05 - 2:07, I thought he couldn't understand a word she was saying and was just gonna give up on the interview right there. Would of been hilarious too.
this guy totally feels life. He was learning that they were going the wrong way, acording to his way of thinking, which i respect the most. I'm not a fan of radiohead, but i tottally respect him.
strangely enough in the middle of watching this i just found out about the 8.8 earthquake in japan this morning. so everybody if you pray, pray for those affected, this looks pretty fuckin bad.
@oooISPYooo Why do people seem to think that getting involved in politics takes some kind of effort? Everybody should be involved in politics. Politicians out there right now, dictating your future. Covering your ears won't make their decisions go away. Everyone deserves a voice, musician or not.
@oooISPYooo He was saying George Bush and Tony Blair are dangerous people, who don't think they are dangerous, and he said they run around saying "the problem is elsewhere", Thom was saying he thinks George Bush and Tony Blair are the problem.
@oooISPYooo Maybe because he, too, is a human being and the happenings in the world affects him too? Because the fact that he's famous shouldn't make him ineligible to have opinions, and he probably knows what he's talking about more than the average Joe, anyway?
@chrisjoneschrisjones Where are the proofs that he believes he's the new oracle or something ? I would greatly appreciate seeing the proofs. Prove it, please.
@chrisjoneschrisjones LOL that is funny. The phrase should be ‘the proof of the pudding is in the eating’, but using your version in this situation is something I respect: good humor. Cheers :o)
Reading his page on wiki it makes me sad that kids made fun of his eye problem (Ptosis) when he was younger..i can totally relate to that. Not the teasing part , but the problems he had to go with his eye, cause i m dealing with a rare inflamation in my eyes the last 2 years..other than that god bless him.
@jazzmanEE I think the whole making fun of something like his lazy eye, and whatever your eye problem may be for that matter, is that it brings everything back to earth. Yes, it is wrong to make fun of something, but I think, based on my experiences, that it is better in the end because then people are honest and up front about what they think about you.
@jazzmanEE me too man, i had big ears when i was kid, one day everyone held me down and let an old man nibble them. I grew into them though, hope everything goes well with your eyes.
@jazzmanEE yeah maybe so, but that has probably played a part in him being the person that he became, I mean you need to look at the positives. Who knows, maybe he turned to music to get away from being teased so radiohead may never have happened.
@jazzmanEE personally i think his eye gives him character. it really suits his personality for some reason. he's very unique, so i think it's perfect that he has an eye like that. maybe i'm just crazy. that's why no one will ever be like Thom. He's one of a kind. I don't think there will be another person who possesses all those qualities like weird/cool/funny antics, amazing voice, and an interesting looking left eye.
oh man i dont know any japanese that interviw could have been fake for all i know.hell the people interviewing him could be stock footage of them interviewing other people
Somebody please translate the girl's questions! His responses are awesome but I'd like to know what she asked. Especially around 3:30 and at the end. Is that the Oxford studio?
I hate the fact that thom is such a lefty, other than that he's good guy and he makes wonderful music thats for sure
