The only truly weird game in this list is Trio the Punch. Pu-Li-Ru-La looks pretty fun, with only poor translation and some questionable backgrounds. Diet Go Go is just a little unique, the only game ever to bring up dieting into the plot. That is, if Diet Go Go even had a plot. Trio the Punch looks like a game someone slapped together in a mental institution.

Pu-Li-Ru-La is fucking awesome.

Also, damn near every Taito game from the late 80s until the mid 90s had some of the worst translations ever. Notably, Pu-Li-Ru-La got a slightly better translation than most of their other stuff, and that's saying something. It is almost readable at times.
