Jesus Christ ! I watched this is HD and nearly jumped out of my skin when he ran at the camera. I doubt anyone is daft enough to break into your house. I am contemplating an XHa1 but use FC Express - it can't handle 24p or 60i. Bit crap really but 700 pounds for pro is just silly. I am alo wondering what Canon will bring out in terms of tapeless (P2) solid state cameras soon...oooooooh. Amazing footage btw - love the dog. So beautiful - you should show him.

@flashgunfilms Don't know if you figured this out or not, but FCE now handles 60i and 24fps. Also, especially with lower priced consumer HD camcorders like Canon, it also has an update to handle AVCHD natively.
