@2011yurika Pictures were edited with Adobe Photoshop Elements and I I used an application called CrazyTalk to make the lips move. It can be found on the internet at the Reallusion website. Each President was animated separately and then they were put together in Sony Vegas which is a video creating application. Thanks for your interest
