Not surprised. I believe YT was censoring some of our vids as well, although different subject matter have to do with exposing things. One of our videos had its views climbing rapdily each day then nosedived. In fact it dropped back like a hundred views twice and then just stayed stuck. Related videos also changed from popular videos to our own videos!

YouTube isn't targeting anybody. I know its fun to think that WeAreChange is having a big enough impact that they would be singled out, but this simply isn't the case. Warner Music Group is hiring people specifically to go through all videos looking for their music and taking it down if it's found. Youtube is legally obligated to comply, and they are already in a billion dollar lawsuit with Viacom, I doubt they want another one.

Youtube used to remove the video as well for a copyright violation of a soundtrack, now they just remove the soundtrack. That seems like a step in the right direction to me. If you have a problem with copyright laws, your beef is with Disney, not Youtube. Educate yourself, fool.

If it was merely a song-copywrite issue, they would have just disabled the audio. However, Youtube has flat-out deleted entire videos of ours (audio and video) for supposed copywrite infringement with no justification.
