i think they should make them on the ps2. i have the kh1 and kh2. i think they should stick with the original appliance and not make people go out nd buy the 3ds or watever new stuff there is just so it looks kool. they should keep i at 1-2 appliances. the ps2 and regular ds. i really am not going to buy something expensive at my age (14) to just play a game. AND IM A FAN! i have a lot of posters in my room and i love the games.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I mean I just have to play that game! I saw that trailer last night and was so damn excited I couldn't get any sleep! And I nearly cried because I don't want to buy another console only to play this game! The best solution (Imao) would be to make the KH games on the PS2 again because KH1 was on PS2, so everyone owns a PS2 and does not have to buy a N3DS or Wii or PSP or something like that. Maybe it's just me but I think this is really sad.
I'm the same way I had to buy myself a psp so I could play Birth By Sleep and I haven't had time to get a memory card for the psp but I have been playing bits and pieces of the game without one!
@WaNFaHmi09 What does that even mean? This game is part of the timeline. There is no confirmation that they will actually appear, as this was just a beta trailer. I personally believe that they will, though. This game takes place in "the world buried in sleep". Sleep in KH is basically like being dead, yet still having some sort of attachment to the world. Kind of a comatose state. It wouldn't be too difficult to bring Ansem and Xemnas back.

@Giorgakis96 It has pretty much all the changes you would expect from a new system: more controls, better graphics, more online options and shop. There will be a lot more good games next year.

Lol the hunchback of notradame or whatever it's called is a new stage. So bbs and ddd have new places so i'd say bbs is kh3 and ddd is kh4! Re:coded and 358/2 days are just extra. Especially the way the health bar is.
@mrgoukimaster No no no, BBS was a prequel that had new info and new zones. DDD seems more like a it's nudging the storyline up a little bit in an entire game and has a new zone but seems to be repeating most of the old zones. The actual KH3 game when it comes out will probably be on a console and not be a portable handheld game.

@mrgoukimaster Well same here, but I'd rather them stop making it on every portable handheld. It's just really annoying, it has been so long since we last had a game on a system, instead of portable handheld ones. There is always a higher quality to their system games compared to their portable ones (obviously), usually the handhelds have rehashed worlds with little to no cutscenes that have voice actors and slowly moving plots.
@zDallasCowboys008z They would do that either way Days and Re:Coded are 'side games'. It's not so bad now. The 3DS and PSP can handle good quality KH graphics. There are new worlds and stories in this game, so expect the quality of a numbered title, as with BBS. You've just seen two of the worlds and you say it's repeating. It's confirmed there's all new Disney worlds.
@billyzanesucks Well fair enough. I was mainly making my views based upon 3/4 of the portable games that have come out so far. I have really only 2 complaints with this game, 1 that it is coming on pretty much a brand new portable system that most won't and can't get (including myself, there aren't many games on it but that's another discussion). 2 the fact that it doesn't seem like the storyline is going to advance much farther in this. It feels like it's buying time for SE's other games(to me)
@zDallasCowboys008z Well, you can't say it's not really going to advance farther yet. I mean based on the other trailer alone, it shows that it may advance farther than we think since it's not only giving us Sora and Riku's tests as they sleep...but also it's throwing in bits and pieces of Xehanort before he became a Heartless/Nobody. I'd say considering where KH2 and the extra ending for Coded left off, that DDD is going to most likely throw a lot of vital/key story bits in it.
@ThatOneRaven It still feels really the only reason as to why this is being made into a game is because they aren't ready to move on to make KH3. It just seems like it will reveal bits of information that we've all been speculating about. It's basically a whole game for the Mark of Mastery when in BBS the MM was literally 10 minutes in the beginning of the game. The story just doesn't seem like it deserves to be its own game to me, but I also opposed 365/2 days and Recoded so I guess I'm biased.
@zDallasCowboys008z Yeah, I was a bit taken back as to why Sora and Riku are getting this enormous elaborate trial, whereas the BBS one was merely a couple of fights. It just seems, odd. But it might just be because of who they're up against, whereas the original was just a simple no-reason prep-work type of test. That, and each master might just create their own test, and that was just Eraqus' You weren't the only one that found coded to be...unnecessary.
@ThatOneRaven I guess that could very well be the reason for the extreme measures to the trial. I just hope there's more to the story than what it seems as of now. Hopefully this will lead into KH3 and not another "filler" game on the portable systems. The portable games weren't bad, don't get me wrong. It just felt like their quality was lacking as was the story (in 358/2 days the story was at a snail's pace with them eating ice cream every other day + no voice acting were my main complaints)
@zDallasCowboys008z I remember that it's been said by Nomura that KH3D would be the last link-based game before KH3. So we can look forward to seeing KH3 as the next installment.
@zDallasCowboys008z Also: Dream Drop Distance is focusing soley on the data within Sora, from what I've heard. And we're going to get more info about what Yen Sid meant by them being able to fight something that wasn't just a single one of Xehanort. 358/2 Days did have some voice acting...mainly for the rare CG scenes, but it existed.
@ThatOneRaven Yeah, I remember the voice acting in 358/2 Days, it was very rare. Most of the game was just text with a few awkward laughs while they were eating ice cream... I was really disappointed with that game.
Yeah, hopefully there more info revealed in this game than what it seems. Sadly, I won't be able to play it due to not having a 3ds of my own. I guess I'll just watch the cutscenes whenever the game comes out so I'm not lost when KH3 comes out.
@zDallasCowboys008z Can you just explain how it seems like a side game? This game is more about continuing the story than answering questions, like KHII. Whereas the side games are more meant for filling gaps in the story. This game takes place in the realm where probably all (or most) of the people in torment are sleeping. Since Ansem and Xemnas were "killed" as well, and we saw them in the first trailer, it's likely they'll be in this game.
@zDallasCowboys008z Nomura says that the exam is only part of the game. It also has to do with Ansem's data. It's also about saving those in the Realm of Sleep. This game continues the story from Sora's and Riku's perspectives so it's very important.
@billyzanesucks Yeah, I'm hoping there's a lot more emphasis on Ansem's data and about those who Sora must save. Hopefully, they go more in depth into the story than what the trailers and past games suggest.
@zDallasCowboys008z There will be plenty. I don't think the trailer suggests much, as it's barely shown anything of the plot. Nomura basically said it's a main game. They clearly are putting a lot of effort into it, creating new enemies, new designs for Sora and Riku, new worlds.
Hello kinhgdom hearts fans, I’ve got good news, KH3D is coming out this spring in Japan so I guess that the rest of the world will enjoy it this summer. I know it’s almost a year but I believe it’s worth it !!!
@DarkTrainerzx yen sid made riku & sora go into the dreaming worlds or something like that and until they come back from those worlds they are going to look like in kh1 and i guess at the end of the game they will look older again like in kh2..... but with riku´s hair short :)

@Giorgakis96 It has pretty much all the changes you would expect from a new system: more controls, better graphics, more online options and shop. There will be a lot more good games next year.

Lol the hunchback of notradame or whatever it's called is a new stage. So bbs and ddd have new places so i'd say bbs is kh3 and ddd is kh4! Re:coded and 358/2 days are just extra. Especially the way the health bar is.

@mrgoukimaster No no no, BBS was a prequel that had new info and new zones. DDD seems more like a it's nudging the storyline up a little bit in an entire game and has a new zone but seems to be repeating most of the old zones. The actual KH3 game when it comes out will probably be on a console and not be a portable handheld game.

@mrgoukimaster Well same here, but I'd rather them stop making it on every portable handheld. It's just really annoying, it has been so long since we last had a game on a system, instead of portable handheld ones. There is always a higher quality to their system games compared to their portable ones (obviously), usually the handhelds have rehashed worlds with little to no cutscenes that have voice actors and slowly moving plots.

@zDallasCowboys008z They would do that either way Days and Re:Coded are 'side games'. It's not so bad now. The 3DS and PSP can handle good quality KH graphics. There are new worlds and stories in this game, so expect the quality of a numbered title, as with BBS. You've just seen two of the worlds and you say it's repeating. It's confirmed there's all new Disney worlds.

@billyzanesucks Well fair enough. I was mainly making my views based upon 3/4 of the portable games that have come out so far. I have really only 2 complaints with this game, 1 that it is coming on pretty much a brand new portable system that most won't and can't get (including myself, there aren't many games on it but that's another discussion). 2 the fact that it doesn't seem like the storyline is going to advance much farther in this. It feels like it's buying time for SE's other games(to me)

@zDallasCowboys008z Well, you can't say it's not really going to advance farther yet. I mean based on the other trailer alone, it shows that it may advance farther than we think since it's not only giving us Sora and Riku's tests as they sleep...but also it's throwing in bits and pieces of Xehanort before he became a Heartless/Nobody. I'd say considering where KH2 and the extra ending for Coded left off, that DDD is going to most likely throw a lot of vital/key story bits in it.

@ThatOneRaven It still feels really the only reason as to why this is being made into a game is because they aren't ready to move on to make KH3. It just seems like it will reveal bits of information that we've all been speculating about. It's basically a whole game for the Mark of Mastery when in BBS the MM was literally 10 minutes in the beginning of the game. The story just doesn't seem like it deserves to be its own game to me, but I also opposed 365/2 days and Recoded so I guess I'm biased.

@zDallasCowboys008z Yeah, I was a bit taken back as to why Sora and Riku are getting this enormous elaborate trial, whereas the BBS one was merely a couple of fights. It just seems, odd. But it might just be because of who they're up against, whereas the original was just a simple no-reason prep-work type of test. That, and each master might just create their own test, and that was just Eraqus' You weren't the only one that found coded to be...unnecessary.

@ThatOneRaven I guess that could very well be the reason for the extreme measures to the trial. I just hope there's more to the story than what it seems as of now. Hopefully this will lead into KH3 and not another "filler" game on the portable systems. The portable games weren't bad, don't get me wrong. It just felt like their quality was lacking as was the story (in 358/2 days the story was at a snail's pace with them eating ice cream every other day + no voice acting were my main complaints)

@zDallasCowboys008z Also: Dream Drop Distance is focusing soley on the data within Sora, from what I've heard. And we're going to get more info about what Yen Sid meant by them being able to fight something that wasn't just a single one of Xehanort. 358/2 Days did have some voice acting...mainly for the rare CG scenes, but it existed.

@ThatOneRaven Yeah, I remember the voice acting in 358/2 Days, it was very rare. Most of the game was just text with a few awkward laughs while they were eating ice cream... I was really disappointed with that game.
Yeah, hopefully there more info revealed in this game than what it seems. Sadly, I won't be able to play it due to not having a 3ds of my own. I guess I'll just watch the cutscenes whenever the game comes out so I'm not lost when KH3 comes out.

@zDallasCowboys008z Can you just explain how it seems like a side game? This game is more about continuing the story than answering questions, like KHII. Whereas the side games are more meant for filling gaps in the story. This game takes place in the realm where probably all (or most) of the people in torment are sleeping. Since Ansem and Xemnas were "killed" as well, and we saw them in the first trailer, it's likely they'll be in this game.

@zDallasCowboys008z Nomura says that the exam is only part of the game. It also has to do with Ansem's data. It's also about saving those in the Realm of Sleep. This game continues the story from Sora's and Riku's perspectives so it's very important.

@billyzanesucks Yeah, I'm hoping there's a lot more emphasis on Ansem's data and about those who Sora must save. Hopefully, they go more in depth into the story than what the trailers and past games suggest.

@zDallasCowboys008z There will be plenty. I don't think the trailer suggests much, as it's barely shown anything of the plot. Nomura basically said it's a main game. They clearly are putting a lot of effort into it, creating new enemies, new designs for Sora and Riku, new worlds.

Hello kinhgdom hearts fans, I’ve got good news, KH3D is coming out this spring in Japan so I guess that the rest of the world will enjoy it this summer. I know it’s almost a year but I believe it’s worth it !!!
