  • Man you go in there knowing your shit!

Completely prepared , well spoken, and cool as a cucumber.

    5 stars

    You have inspired me

  • Not sure where the edit points were - did you guys present 91-A to the clerk or just the viewer? Even in my small town the government employees are well-trained on 91-A. They're risking a lawsuit, aren't they?

  • Hi Bill, yes we gave them a 91-A request; Tthe original/responses are posted on the Free Keene forum (google it) and the post is called Open Government Day.

They asked for clarification, which I provided along with another 91-A request. 5 days have now passed and they have not responded. This is the same city that had me arrested and held indefinitely without trial.

  • Great, I'll check it out.

91-A brings _personal_ responsibility for court costs to those who knowingly violate it. If you go again, please make it abundantly clear, however you can document that (your gig, fortunately), that not providing the information is a violation of RSA 91-A. I know, it shouldn't have to be your job to explain this, but without that they can claim ignorance and dodge the court costs.

I wish they didn't act with impunity absent consequences, but they do have free will.

  • omg simply amazing!!!

  • Great Work.

  • Excellent work guys! I look forward to seeing you perform organized jury rights activism on monday morning when the jurors enter. I'd be happy to give you some pointers, as a man has been arrested and sentenced for jury tampering in Fairbanks, AK (and NH is perhaps less free than AK, right now). We don't want a repeat, but that's where the fight is. When you can prove you are "doing something" for the people, that's when you can expect social change and vastly greater popularity.

  • Thanks Libertarianjury - This is the Free State. :) We've covered every potential jury pool in Cheshire County for over a year now. Each person going into the court that morning gets offered a FIJA brochure.

  • good video, I liked that it was calmer than the others.

  • yeah, this part was calm.

and we remained calm during the rest of the day at city hall... i cannot say the same for the crazy bailiffs.

  • Great Video

  • Rarrrrrgh! There's no videotaping here! haha. That's classic. I'm glad the activists are exposing the government bureaucracies for the violent entity it is.

  • Next time Sam,ask him-Does your policy override legislative statute?

Do not let them use NLP on you.

  • Listen how redundant that sounds:"The RIGHT to know LAW".

Question:Do I have the right without the "law"?

  • Nice. That's all I have to say.

  • they work for US and they act like we are inconveniencing them

  • they got pwned XD lol

  • you should put a camercale lean agents these people

  • David Nims is weird looking.

  • "We have..uh... an interest... uh... in protecting... uh... the integrity... of uh..."

    Real smooth, bureaucrats.

  • Thank you guys for all your hard work!

    LIVE FREE OR DIE!

  • Bureaucrats break and ignore the law as a matter of course.

If you break the law they steal your stuff or throw you in a cage.

  • Great job, Sam. Keep up the great work. :)

  • protect the integrity of the uh.....uhhhhh

  • This is excellent.

Educated people should be doing this in all free nations.

In Canada we have The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.I'm sue we have other rights as well.

One way of making sure that the free nations stay free is by exercising our rights and freedoms.

  • excellent -

  • "Is that a camera? Uhh...."

    Keep up the great work!
