Nice job with Colbert at the ending, I'm sure he feels the same as Lehrer did. The only reasons why the banning/reduction in viewing should even be considered is for the influence that porn/material of a "taboo" nature has on children and those individuals who have become addicted. I for one am torn, I'm a lonely boy who is poor socially therefore decreasing my chances in acquiring a romantic relationship. Lets also factor in the ignorance of individuals today surpasses many 20-30yrsago.

I think he'a genious. Putting this ideas into a song, ironizing the people who consider that because they don't like something (porn? smut? nudity?) others do like, it has to be banned,is just greeeaaat!! And he did it in the 50-60' what is even greater, because now, porn is almost for kids. If anybody gets offended qith this, whaych out ! he's dangerous. Sick in the mind, really.

Yes, "slide show" is a much better description. I put much more work into the slide show than the description.

Sure, a few slides are repeated. Some are intentionally repeated to build on previous ideas (for example, the old man), while a few are there because I couldn't find anything better. In any case, it's much better than the 0 videos of the song before it. It was just a small afternoon project.

The slideshow is decent, but I could do with a little less repetition in the pictures. There's plenty of smutty ones to be found. This is the internet.

True, but I wanted it to be halfway decent. Besides, it took many hours just to pick out those pictures. There are a couple pictures repeated that I don't like, and one that flashes really quickly about 1/3 the way through. It bothers me a little, but not enough to fix it.

It's just a quick video to get "Smut" on youtube. The only other video in which it appears is just a record playing the song. Very boring.

My parents were great fans of Tom Lehrer, and Alan Sherman too. I love these songs. Sometime I find myself humming one of Lehrer's tunes, but if it's this one I have to be careful if I'm in public!
