How about we just hunt down the 65,000,000 richest people in the world and make them pay economic reparations to the people(s)/nations they stole from to gain their mighty wealth.. Then turn our focus towards the corrupt political system(s) that allowed these people to illegally (in most cases) accumulate 40% of the worlds wealth by means of taking bribes and payoffs!
$15,000? Hey, that would be nice! But I agree with AwarEtec, that is a short term solution that props the economy artificially, then your back at square one, with the same problems yet more debt. And $15,000 to every person that has ever had a job in their lifetime! That would be more than 150,000,000 workers. I don't think people realize how critical these times are. We have over a million children in our schools that homeless! Out of 80M families nearly 40M food stamp claims.

Yeah...I hope your joking
LoL...that would make USA's economic crisis 15000 times worse
National debt now stands at $12T. You want to add:
$15000 x 150,000,000 workers = $2,250,000,000,000.
Big government with more debt and unproductive spending is not a solution
It will only draw more money away from the creation of permanent jobs in the productive sector of the real economy.
