rsetiawan, I think you need to read the website first. She is in Singapore. They are trying to raise funds to send her to New York for the treatment. Only certain insurance policies will cover overseas hospitalisation/treatment. We don't know if they have insurance, but even with insurance, they will still have to pay first and then be reimbursed.
