Donut recipe: how to make Israeli donuts

i´ve tried today and came out almost perfectly, just a little heavy but with good taste and good look. i´´ll try it one more time see if i can get them less heavy. ;) thank you for the video.

@hofnoan yeah they are good inside and outside, and taste really good ;) doesn´´t have to do with the recipe, the recipe was 100% simple and easy to make, but i want to make them lighter with less mass inside with more air, do you know how can i make it?

ok i asked for u and u can make them a little bit less heavy if u put some wine or some alcohol drink in it... i dont like this idea but thats what they told me....
