  • Christian rap is all I need, had no idea how many good artists that were out there! Im buying about 15 albums this week. Haha. God is great, thank you Aba for your blessing of good music!

  • Well, I'm a group of people, and this has been such an amazing blessing to me so forget what people, "can't imagine." More importantly, the poetic elements of scripture are not only timeless in their potent quality, but they are conducive to the the living word of God. I can most definitely imagine plenty of groups of people loving this. My family and I being one. what I can't imagine, is for this to do any harm. It will do so much more good than harm.

  • This is fyah! love it!

  • The feet are beautiful, keep up the good work bro.

  • Wow why are there so many haters Lool

    I thot this was great

  • I think this is hott!! Great idea

  • Can you please let me know when this will be available?

  • Can you please let me know when this will be avaiable?

  • This is dope

  • This is like Sermon Jams. Only straight Scripture, very little commentary. Bangin.

  • don't know if this is a good idea. its just reading bible verses over a beat. bit cheap.

  • @djchozen91 a bit cheap? It's straight ministry. The amazing thing IS reading the scripture over music. Imagine all those in urban area's that are illiterate that can't read the bible or relate. This is a free 10 track sampler. Doesn't get better than that.

  • @Rapzilla I don't think people in those areas will find the lyricism that appealing. You're reading straight from the text of the bible and for many people that can be incredibly deep. I'm also not sure how people will react to it on the creative side. Because to be blunt, there's nothing creative about it. It's just a beat and bible verses, there's no rhyming or even clever metaphor, there's no creative liberty taken. To me that's boring. 13 Letters by 116 did a much better job.

  • @djchozen91 Its the word of God....please, when you see God someday, I dare you to say that to Him....lol...j/k but the beautiful thing about art and music is that it doesn't need to rhyme, nor be clever all the time, and indeed it may not reach everyone, but Bless His name that it reaches someone...that someone will not just expect to party or hear clever metaphors...This is scripture made poetry, Free verse to just make you lay back and listen, and think on what God says, straight forward.....

  • @KharamelSueno No its God word read out over a beat. There's no use that I can see in it. If I wanted to read Gods word exactly I would read the Bible or listen to an audio book. Placing over a beat in order to reach the urban community however, is not going to work. It's going to come off cheesy. There's no poetry, there's no work gone into the project, except in the production of the beats.

  • @djchozen91 welp, all i can ask you to do is pray that the avenue God is trying to go works, regardless of how much you believe it won't....pray that it does, cause at the end of the day this is working to save someones' soul and glorify God, and we can't be mad at that. This obviously is not for everyone because you would rather read it yourself or pick up an audiobook...But to please God and make God rejoice over one lost sheep returning to God, why not uplift that in prayer?

  • @KharamelSueno Why sit and pray about it when we have the ability to do better?

  • @djchozen91 would you find it more poetic if there just was no beat? just him reading it? do you believe it would make a difference? be less cheesy or whatever? (just asking, what would you do differently?)

and to add on to my last comment...This has a very good chance of reaching, given that there are number of unsaved people who don't read the bible for themselves, but may take interest in this because this does have a poetic feel, and it may encourage them to read the bible, ya never know...

  • @KharamelSueno i cant imagine a group of people that would like to hear the word of god over hip hop beats. you either listen to an audiobook or read the text, i dont think theres a market for narration over hip hop soundtracks. As I said 13 letters by 116 clique did a much better job of the same type of thing. Anyone can read the word of God to a beat. Not many people can use their own words to transform the word of God into song with metaphor and word play.

  • @djchozen91 the feedback and stats have already proven that people are really enjoying this. So, you are entitled to your opinion and your taste buds are just not made for this I guess, and that's OK. But it IS working and is successful, based on stats.

  • @Rapzilla Could I see these stats? I run a Christian Hi Hop blog so I'd be very interested in checking them out and writing an article up about it.

  • Poetry has different sides and this is definately one of them...The cinematography, the Perfect word of God, and the mood of the music truly touches my heart....Hip Hop culture needs this back....Artistry...god truly moved in this...and I pray that the urban areas can open their heart to received 1. The word and 2. different kinds of expression...

  • @Rapzilla brilliant idea, I absolutely love it! Real good way of spreadin' the Gospel.. Keep it up! God Bless!

  • @djchozen91 Are you kidding me!!!

  • At first I didn't like this, but as the video went on, it grew on me. Now I love them, keep it up!

  • This is nice indeed.

  • Nice!
