i was just diagnosed with MS a week ago and i been doing research and found your channel. i havent discussed treatment options with my doctor yet and im not sure where i should begin. i think im in a relapse right now i currently have 2 lesions and my right eye wont move to the left. it doesnt bother me i turn my head to look. and i have tremors but not sure if its MS. i need advice thanks
@tboy221 Hi Dave, First line treatments would be the ones that have been out the longest, which have the least complications. These would be the injectables. I have videos on two of them: rebif and avonex. Don't worry so much about the amount of lesions you have, it's more about where on the brain they are. By the way, if it is ms, starting in the eyes is a good sign, as usually there is a better prognosis. If you do have ms, I would say get on one of these drugs asap. write questions for dr too

I first subscribed to you about 3 months ago when i was first diagnosed with MS and you have been an inspiration.I was wondering what you know about the new oral treatment Gilenya and if you are considering going on it once you deliver? It has just been launched here and im waiting for the call to start on it as i refused to start the injections when i heard it was to be brought here. Good to see you again, and congrats on the baby. On a renovation note, that paper on the wall of your bedroom, I presume it's from pulled off wallpaper. Mis 1 part fleecy fabric softener wit 3-4 parts water and put it in a spray bottle. Wet down a section of the paper, wait 5-10 minutes and lightly scrape it off with a putty knife. Works wonders.

I'm glad you're doing so well and that your MS is in remission during pregnancy. I fear having to ween off Clonazepam (Klonopin) before trying to get pregnant should that time come. Eeek!

Best scenario it works for a short space of time then restenoses, worse scenario veins are destroyed and unfixable.
