millet-filled beanbags are the most popular juggling balls across the globe. i use 125 grams beanbags from "henrys", the velour leather version. thomas dietz uses similar weight beanbags from "mr babache", silicone coated.

you should use balls that are made for juggling, and you should settle on one kind of balls that you use most of the time. so beanbags or stageballsd would be the main options.

or just join a local juggling club, and ask them, try their equipment ;)
