LOL i'm belgian, i speak dutch but we don't have things like "accents" :D we can speak any kind of language with enough practise without hearing any mistakes... :)

And don,t forget there's a difference between speaking fluently and speaking with no accent. you can have an accent and master the language and its pronounciation as much as anyone who is born speaking it. and You can also work very hard to get rid of your accent and still not be able to talk and discuss conveniently.
