  • Stano a Erik Lorincz on the road :o))

  • mr. mori stirs super smooth as silk...

  • Oh my god, I just love how many people are in service including Mr. Mori himself. I think I really need to change the place where I work. Hotel bars are crowded, often lack people in service, no time for customers. How to make regulars then? Heh.

  • is this Staniclav vardna who is talking to Mr. Mori?

  • i love it

  • Look at that, precision pouring, expert mixing, the perfect amount for the martini glass, not a drop of spirits wasted.

  • this guy is incredibly smooth. I didn't hear him hitting the glass at all

  • It's Orange Bitters.

  • who didn't give this upload 5 stars?!! i'll kill you!

this is what a great martini is all about. what's with the "fancy feast" glass? i expected a cat to come walking across the bar.

  • love the fact that no hand motion is wasted not even a dot....

  • Orange bitters is used for this martini

  • hey guys the last bottle he used was chambry dolin french vermouth. It is the absolute bee knees of french vermouths

  • That's a bottle for bitters. Older recipes call for a dash of orange bitters, so I presume that's the type added here.

  • Just wondering what the ingredient that he added first that was in the small bottle. Any idea? Thanks

  • So I have been thinking about it and my guess is Pernod.

  • lime cordial my guess, isnt bitters a bit darker ?
