  • People are gonna get so lazy.... :P

  • as soon as I saw this Im like, crap... America better step up their Game!!!

  • well, I like it.

  • I'm sorry but I dont' care if you can use your brain to drive a car, I'm not driving on the same road as a vegetable.

  • DON' T EVER use this to surf internet while your mom is watching the screen, specialy when you have toughts like mine ;)

  • wow thats realy putting lazyness in gameing if everyone used that thing online the shooting would be so accurate that its not funny

  • in soviet russia brains controls robots.. oh shit

  • If you could get an exo skeliton (misspelled) Then, It would be like you arn't even paralised!

  • THEY PLAYING GOD WOW WELCOME TO HELL

  • Back to X-men i see

  • imagine popular animes coming to life, like beyblade......

  • This is the start of wireless brain hacking

  • This system is the only acceptable for you to drive with your eyes closed

  • we will beable to stick steven hawking in a dreadnought now!!!

  • The beginning of the end!

  • для лучшего сигнала нада видимо свирлить дыры в голове

  • wow play videos games with my mind!

    hmmmm....

  • wow genius...usa cannot do this xD

  • neither can the UK, Japan, Australia, China, and so on and so on and so on.

who cares about what the US can do? we invented peanut butter. so we win in the history of the world anyway!

    mwahahaha

  • @visualkei72

invented peanut butter doesn't make any sense

  • @logelamutp you wish...im all for scientific competition though..

  • Change the lives of millions of people for both good and bad. Unfortunately, it is human nature, and a past time of ours, to always turn something as amazing as this, into a weapon of some kind. You can control the robot on the table, and if they progress to a car, what about controlling something like ASIMO from a distance, simply through the power of thought. It is both fascinating and extremely scary. ASIMO can learn things, direct relay from our brain to theirs? Fascinating, and scary.

  • even tho this works, the price would be MILLIONSSS

  • It will be a great gift for Stephen Hawking.

  • i think he would be very happy if he got one of these for Christmas(even tho he doesnt believe in god much)

  • oh shit damn russian. Imagine what they could do with war material!!!

  • @papermetalslash always thinking of war? This could be important for the better of the humanity.

  • @papermetalslash MIND CONTROLLED TANKS!

  • Driving a car via thinking is an outrageous idea, I hope it'll never be used in public. Just think about it, one little distraction...

  • did you know that thinking (brain) steers your fingers and arms? think about it, one little distraction and your finger might do the fuck-you-sign.

LOL idiot, the brain is the center of your control. Just like a children learns how to walk and control his feet with the brain, in the same way you can learn to control a car with it. It's foolproof, even safer then a steeringwheel and pedals!

  • Hmm..I see robotic wings implanted on people's backs becoming popular for flight travel. Just don't get drunk and fly

  • yay! i get to have minions!!!!

when will it be realised to the public!!

I want to have an extra arm attached to my back...

this is freaking awesome, it makes me want to become an engineer. :D

  • What about a brain chip. CHECK MY SITE!

  • I don't think people get how important this is! This is a chance for changing MILLIONS upon millions of lives.

  • uh.. this has been in development for years and years. There are very distinct signals that the brain emits for specific thoughts or movements that aren't difficult to pick up with the proper instruments.

    It is very real.

  • i think it is like you would have an other pair of hands, so if you learn to control something with this should be ok, because you move your hands in the same way, with your brain.

  • It wouldn't be fun to play video games without buttons, you'd just be sitting there basically. Fuck that.

  • Unless it was virtual reality gaming, You'd actually be in the game. :o

  • Dun judge before you have actually seen it. Peace =D

  • i wonder how this would work if you had an afro

  • ... yes, minions!

  • I'll use it to beat the shit outta sideshow bob, then I'll say,"I didn't do it"

  • there was a much older japanese technology that utilized alpha wave an surprisingly enough is just vanished like the program was killed it was easier to use and did not need tuning as much.

  • i wouldn't trust it with controlling a car just yet...

  • With enough training, someone may be able to fully control a RC robot that comes with a camera and some arms, that would be interesting to see.

  • put a gun on it

  • I really loled, like really!

  • sooo when they gonna make some hominoid robots we can control with our mind? then we wont have to exersize AT ALL be cause we would have tiny robots in our mouth and throat that chewed and swallowed for us....i can imagine it now the entire earth.....1000000000000000000pounds heavier

  • germans did it years ago....

  • o0 I came up with a hat for brian waves. lol XD just kidding it was for a sci-fi story.

  • Well this technology would be nice for something like controlling lost limbs or maybe video games, but driving a car would be too risky, muscle memory is more reliable in my opinion

  • what about playing a musical instrument! That would be incredible!

  • I agree, that would be awesome. I also agree with DSBrekus; moving flexible robots and transport with muscles is better, but some can't unfortunatly do it. But I'm pretty sure that in the future handicaped people will be able to get healed.

  • "You have to use your HANDS? That's like a baby's toy! >:P" *lol*

  • my thoughts exactly! read that robot! AI... it'll never compare to the blunders of the human mind, or until we incorporate our mind into a simulated interpretation, but that wouldn't be quite so artificial would it?

  • sweet!, though it will be hard to fast break though in a car if it is driven by thought? :P

    better not be sleeping xD

  • dont forget China

  • no one wants to fight anyone...theres no point.

  • russia is an alien civilization..technology is so advanced..robots moved by the brain?its so impossible the build without russians...also russians have mind control technology could control the people..how advanced is it.

  • are you russians looking to fight America with this doll?!! lol

  • Russians are technological experts

  • No that would be Japan

  • Russians and japans are tech experts.

  • Cool! Thanks Energium for the share!

  • Powerful Russian tech л_л

  • its not really that advanced its been around for a while

  • they might have developed into an implant behind the neck into the brain. with a small antena forming out. ooooooo.

  • why do russiatoday give half their jobs to westerners?

  • WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!I like how they think.

    Saffrongirl

  • mah god everybody body is working with neurological interfaces these days. it starts with some gent moving a mouse with his mind

  • would be cool on nintendo wii 2 :d

  • whoa whoa was his name James Brown

  • they did the same tests on moneys some 30 years a go

  • A Scottish company has made arms that are controlled by nerve impulses it can even pick up coins and open cans etc. Nice to see research being done though.

  • This is some nice technology.

  • Sorry to disappoint you guys, but this is Japanese technology (from about 2 tears ago). I have seen this stuff already. Oh and whats more, the Japanese robots were tiny! This thing is like a TANK compared to them - SORRY!

  • I have seen something similar to this but it was an experiment with a monkey.

  • its the Russians what do you expect

  • actually, your half right, Japan did have robots that were capable of being moved using brain power, yet, unlike the Russian ones, those robots had to have wires attached to the brain, thats why they were only tested on monkeys, you know so you wouldnt have to drill holes in a persons head in order to get them to move

  • здорово

  • also, i hope stupid americans wont steal this idea, as they do usually

  • i'm an american myself i i to believe we steal over 70% of inventions from other countries!

  • Agreed.. You have much money for it...

  • i know and we really really dont need it because after the inventors (stealers) become millionaires they buy a mansion, hire someone to pay their bills, then become fat asses who watch porn and sit on the couch all day!and take even morew credit for what the stole!!!!

  • no, Russians are super smart.

  • russians are smart.

  • really nice, think of the future application

  • The russians can do anything!
