Okay, I`ll give you credit for finding the glitch, I`ll give you that. But Kat`s death room is on the second sublevel, with an open roof. She gets sniped by a jackel holding a needle rifle. I`ve played the campagin enough times to know that THAT room is the room leading to her death room. So...Fail...

I made it down to the bottom of the Elevator using a Jet Pack to slow my descent.  There is nothing down there except a black bottom that's sealed off. You can't walk into the ground floor where Kat is actually shot or anything like that. It's a shame you can't but maybe that means that room is still hidden somewhere on the map?
