its the fingers technique, need to relax the body as much as possible and feel your fingers, the same for the feet just relax legs and feel heel, toes and surroundings.

yea there are some, i think ill make a short video showing how to and upload it soon.

in general, the technique is about keeping the energy velocity that the stick gets from the snare blastbeat, and use it for the next blastbeat with just a some fingers push

so after the stick hits the snare...your side of the stick goes down(where your fingers are), thats the moment where you use your fingers to help the bounce continue using the minimum energy but the necessary to keep the power of each hit.

my left hand can't go nearly as fast as my right how do I work it up and I do know bout the finger tecnique but I have to really warm up to be able to go that fast for blasts and some days I can't do it. what do I do?

this is very common, it also happened to me some time ago but i worked on a simetric posture and practising what i do on the right..do with the left with every normal activity like washing teeth, eating, jumping,soccer,holding my girlfriend, etc.

so i have my other part of the brain trained and that means more control over your left part of body.

i reccomend you do the same, it worked for me
