As a vocalist Bono has a range of 1.5 octaves more than Chris Martin. Martin can only acess his upper register with his falsetto. Bono on the other hand is perfectly capable of using his full chest voice to hit notes as high as an A5 on Sometimes and B4 on Vertigo.
