hey dude, did you ever have trouble with your amp, because i just get static and humming out of mine, and if it does make sound its clean and not distorted. Is it the amp or my First Act guitar?
@flipfan2 Hey Buddy !!! (^_^) Well, it's pretty hard to tell what the problem is, without actually being there. Sometimes problems like that are cables, and sometimes the output on your guitar, or the input on the amp. I bought mine brand new, so I haven't had any problems.
Best thing to do is try your guitar on a different amp (you could bring your guitar into guitar center, for example, and try one of their amps).
Use stereo cables, Not Mono cables. Mono cables are pretty much antennae and will pick up all sorts of white noise.
