Sardines are the don!!, I love them on bread i like the bones too. I share them with my cat lol n she dont waste no time mopping em up. Where i am i cant find the mustard sauce ones :( they must be around but i havnt found any yet just the tomato sauce ones. lol tis basically all i live off whole meal pasta and pesto sauce and sardine sandwiches and i feel great dispite the fact i have a chronic sleeping disorder lol, Peace out.

Warner Music Group filed a copyright claim on this video based on the fact that I used like 15 seconds of "Hallelujah I Love Her So" by Ray Charles as a theme song, so Youtube automatically muted it under the DMCA.

It's bullshit, since use of less than 30 seconds of a clip is fair use, and I've issued a counter-claim, but until/unless that goes through there's no audio. Of course, Youtube could make AudioSwap a non-piece of shit so I could just fix the video, but NOOOOOO.

agreed. Factory farming and overfishing are horrible. Eating the meat isn't the problem. Taking the responsibility to get rid of factory farming and overfishing is.

I love em i am chick too .haha. My fave are the king oscar kind small brisling from Norway. Btw they go great with Frank's Hot Sauce too. awesome treat for low carb /high protein folk lik myself.
