A "Citizen Soldier" as the song calls it is an ordinary citizen who, voluntarily, lays their life on the line so that everyone else might have peace. Soldiers everywhere are Citizen Soldiers, but the modern portrayal of them in CoDMW is the most accurate one I could find.

The video lost it's effect as soon the clips were repeated...again and again. It was a good effort though, I just wish that you didn't really show much of the city being nuked much. Not really good seeing our men being nuked. =/

Soldiers don't...I don't know. I just couldn't get it to fade out quick enough and stay in sync properly. And yes clips had to be recycled unfortunately. Couldn't be helped I'm afraid. Glad you liked it though.

I'm glad you liked it. I actually DIDN'T record this from my TV. I downloaded probably about a half a dozen trailers and teasers for footage. And as you could see, even with all that footage I still had to re use some.
Wow that's actually more difficult than copying it off the tv anyways. Also I did notice that some footage was reused although it didn't really matter to me because of how good you put the rest together. Anyway keep up the goood work.
Thanks, I did actually put alot of effort into making it sync up and look at least decent. Inspiration came from seeing the music video at the movie theater before Transformers and seeing that there was a free song download. After seeing it, I felt inspired to make what you've seen. And yes I had to recycle footage, I really even to this day wish I didn't have to.

Personnally I found the video to become rather dull rather quickly. I love the song and all but the fact that i kept seeing the same cutscene over and over and over really killed the vid for me. taking full videos, and then rewinding them, and repeating clips, do not make a 5 star video, put more effort into it, and take some in game stuff, you could do some really good things with the in game camera.
I didn't rewind them. It was already in the video I used, I just thought it would fit in that part. I put all my effort into this it took me a couple of days to refine it enough. I couldn't get in game stuff because all of the downloads for that kind of stuff were Premium account only on Gamespot at the time and I couldn't get it myself because I don't have a capture card.

I'm glad you liked it. I actually DIDN'T record this from my TV. I downloaded probably about a half a dozen trailers and teasers for footage. And as you could see, even with all that footage I still had to re use some.

This is a great video and it looks like you put a lot of effort into it. The only negative is the recycled footage. Other than that, great job!

Thanks, I did actually put alot of effort into making it sync up and look at least decent. Inspiration came from seeing the music video at the movie theater before Transformers and seeing that there was a free song download. After seeing it, I felt inspired to make what you've seen. And yes I had to recycle footage, I really even to this day wish I didn't have to.

Personnally I found the video to become rather dull rather quickly. I love the song and all but the fact that i kept seeing the same cutscene over and over and over really killed the vid for me. And as for any idiot who says WW2 is boring. I can see how you came to that assumption but the war wasnt the boring part it's the fact that no one will make a game that doesnt begin with the beaches of normandy. Dont blame the war blame the freakin developers. The actual War is one of the most exciting.

because every WW2 game is just replaying Americas last great military moment where the bad guys were clearly defined and powers were mostly even. it takes next to no imagination to do a WW2 game. there cliché and frankly I find them boring.

taking full videos, and then rewinding them, and repeating clips, do not make a 5 star video, put more effort into it, and take some in game stuff, you could do some really good things with the in game camera.

I didn't rewind them. It was already in the video I used, I just thought it would fit in that part. I put all my effort into this it took me a couple of days to refine it enough. I couldn't get in game stuff because all of the downloads for that kind of stuff were Premium account only on Gamespot at the time and I couldn't get it myself because I don't have a capture card.

nothing really, you didn't do much work, you only used pre made scenes, it its gona be made with a game, dont use cut scenes, make it with the in game camera. thats all im saying.

tell me how do you know he DID put alot of effort into the video, where you there. i dont think so. plus i still say its not a 5 star video. what is it with people and choose videos that have repeated clips a 5 star. i mean really, he took a downloaded clip and then cut it every 30 seconds or so. big woop, why not actually put real effort into it. and i can talk cause i make videos, and i do all the real work, (editing, ripping, converting, audio/video timing.)
