@jspoon54 The idea is to apply coupon knowledge and strategy to other goods as well. The money saved can be put to items that don't have coupons. And there isn't a cart full of nothing. The cart is full of items that will be used over the coming months and year. These items cost next to nothing. And now you don't have to buy them again for months or pay retail price because you ran out when the item wasnt on sale.

Walmart would not accept my overage coupons here in Austin, TX... Like if I have a $ off coupon and if the product is for .97, Walmart would not accept my coupon and manager says price should be at least the price of discount,...:(

Just be sure to have the store coupon policy with you cause cashiers like to try and screw you over on coupons just cause they dont want to deal with them. Dont be afraid to ask a manager over also

@LisaKellyFan1 no that isn't what she is saying, what she is saying that the coupon says '1 per purchase' not '1 per transaction' or '1 per customer'. So you can use one coupon per item purchased. hope that helps.
