Symbian is the most pure mobilecomputer OS. Its not that cool and fun to use as an android etc, but it truly is a mobile computer. For regular use(rs) due to that it's also a bit pain in the ass... Overall it's underrated. I hope symbian stays alive eventhough i'll probably never going to buy symbian phone again myself.

@dontnou3 It is just preferences I guess. I didn't like symbian when I first started using nokia, but I have come to love it now. I don't use a lot of apps, want good battery life in a phone, has a descent browser (this is where I believe symbian is weak), and a good music player. Symbian is really battery "friendly" and I rather like its simplicity. Again it is a matter of preference.

@dontnou3 approx. no of android apps are 400000+ and are QUALITY apps, not much crap ones. Multitasking in android is far better than any other OS. Google integration in android handsets are very good in terms of apps and services(for eg. Google maps are far better than Ovi maps). But nokia's hardware are top notch. If nokia plans to manufacture android phones, it'll be a blast for us and I'll surely throw away my galaxy s2!!!

It looks amazing. I personally think big screens look ridiculous. If you want a bigger one buy a tablet. There is nothing about this device that is negative in any way. Symbian didn't fail because it was bad it failed because Nokia didn't play up to the market and the market f**ked them. Just 5 years ago no one believed so many millions of people would pay up to 650€ for a f***king phone but there you have it - even in a bad economy iPhone pre-orders are through the roof.
