Thanks for posting this, created using the Yamaha TX81Z - a cool FM synth. The producer Babyface at one point had two TX81Z units in his studio, both of which he kept set to a bass patch, one detuned from the other. This became a part of his signature sound. The best synth patches for this classic synth can be found at manymidi.com
Can you use the x0xb0x and use CV outs at the same time, to drive a SH-101 for instance? I have a 606 and a 101 and it seems like a x0x would be perfect for making it easy to integrate those two pieces with my midi gear.
the xoxbox is what the 303 would have looked like if Roland would have made it today.with all the features like usb and midi inputs and outputs.syncing and stuff.
how do you use the pc to edit edit x0x? mine came with a disk, but the pc cannot recognize anything on it. should i just download from a site? is it easy to use. i am more of a hardware type person.
sourcing the parts on your own is very easy. Especially if you can afford to spend a little, you can buy kits of all the rare parts on the x0x forums, every thing else is readily available online.
