  • That is pointless.. You're swinging your back and throwing the dumbells up.

Don't do that many reps if you're going to sacrifice technique.

  • @willay23 not pointless, the whole idea is that you are chucking something in to break up the normal training, and its supposed to be swinging as you are over training and the only way to do that is forced repetitions, try it first, its tough and supposed to be

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk Well no, if you are swinging your arms and back you are not even concentrating on your biceps, never sacrifice technique.

  • @willay23 you have your opinion and I have mine, yes sacrifice technique now and then, as forced reps get you further, and it mixes it up, i.e. shocks the body, also look at Jay Ronnie etc they all swing once fatigue sets in, Fact I know I have met them and trained with them

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk

everyone trains with jay and ronnie..

  • @willay23 look at him obviously he knows what hes doing.

  • u are bad

  • @Hessiod is bad good, are am I aweful lol

  • @Allmaxuk WOAH im a nice canadiano from canada i dont hate you guys nice work out!

  • @BlackAndWhiteModding lol didnt say that you did, I lived in the states and have visited Canada and have nothing but nice things to say about you guys, glad you like the videos

    Paul

  • Bro, thanks for this work out i will try it in my next gym session!

  • @Unlimited2038 Excellent, any questions just visit the website dinosaurnutrition . com and Im only in stoke as well if you need supplements.

    Paul

  • Bah,you have such a bad form. Why isn't your body stationary? Why when training biceps aren't your arms stationary and only the forearms moving up and down slowly? Why do u speed up so much?Is this video more about powerlifting or bodybuilding?

  • @Mishakis I tell you in the video that your form will be shockig, this video is about injecting a superpump and pain into your biceps, listen to the comentry, this video is about breaking up the monotomy of training, try it and see before you make judgement.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk On Wednesday(that's when I train biceps) I'll try your workout and I'll be back with a comment on it.I don't judge it,I was just asking questions. As Albert Einstein has said "Condemnation without investigation is the height of ignorance."

  • @Mishakis As Paul in the video once said, forget technique feel the pain lol

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk Yesterday I tried this method and I must say I can still feel the hurt in my left biceps and how sore they both are.I find this interesting,I'll keep it up for a month or two to see if the results are better than with good old strict form.

  • now this is how I like to train, to the point where your face looks like your going through a grinding machine, where your arms feel like your hanging off the edge of a cliff hanging on for dear life and if you let go off the weight your gonna fall to your death, thats why I hate going to gyms, people comeup and talk to ya, or your distracted by girls in tights, ya got pretty boys doing curls while talking or comming over telling ya doin it wrong, man just F OFF lol great vid great workouts mate

  • @rueboyps3 You are too right, too many people, sit, chat, answer there phone, strutt about looking pretty, proper training isnt pretty its gruesome if and when done properly but the feeling of pain is awesome, thanks for that, also Dinosaur Nutrition with be available in Oz soon through Hamiltons Pharmacy

    Paul

  • 2:18 that face is priceless!! ;)

  • @noskcirre083190 lol you film yourself and lets have a face off.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk You're one of the most down to earth persons I have ever known. To think you're a pro-wrestler. :)

  • @noskcirre083190 Not all pro wrestlers are idiots lol but a lot are though

    Paul

  • This ones great Paul :) thanks

  • I like the video. I currently curl 50s 5 reps without moving my back. I'm 16 is that good?

  • @ABFilms2008 all training is good, 50's at 16 is excellent as is good form, unlike what is demonstrated in theis video lol, but its all about shocking the body and a bit of a one off fun every now and then, check oiut some of my other biceps videos as you need to change your routine every 6-8 weeks.

    Paul

  • im thinkin hes going to fast he shud slow it down a lil. it works ur muscles more.

  • @justinF0X Hi there, this is about shocking the body, try it once the burn hits you will want to speed it up to stop the pain lol, this is only to be done every now and then as a bit of fun its there to shock the body in between phases

  • I take your point about Cheryl Cole! Honest to god I didn't upload that crap, no idea why it's om my profile! I don't want to get into any arguement with you- good luck. I will say that I do know a little about what I'm talking about though (I have a 1st in Sport and Exercise science). As a shock routine, sounds great, misunderstood and thought you were sugesting this as a principle of general training.

  • cool

  • @BFinesilver @BFinesilver @BFinesilver Cheryl Cole is a fair Cop Gov lol, thats cool, I appreciate a 1st is excellent, and it takes a huge amount of work and dedication, but so does turning an average athlete into a England International Pole vaulter, a Semi Finalist on Gladiators, Winner of Weakest Link Body Beuatiful Special, Current BWA World heavyweight Champion (Pro Wrestling) my point is I dont know the square root of a Banana but I can peel 1,

  • Much better to do heavy sets first, then use lighter setts for a pump at the end- more efficient for gaining strength, but you still breakdown the muscle with the high rep superset. If you train the way in the video, you won't progress after a short while because a) you will adapt to it and b) you wont get much stronger and hence won't be working with heavier loads. In my opinion, it might be a good technique for a 4-6 week shock micro-cycle, but not a great way to train year round- sorry

  • Sorry but it doesnt say to train all year round like thisa, if you listen to it, its a way of shocking the body inbetween routine changes, to stimulate growth and variety

  • @BFinesilver Sorry but it doesnt say to train all year round like thisa, if you listen to it, its a way of shocking the body inbetween routine changes, to stimulate growth and variety, training should always be cycled max 6-8 weeks on any one routine, but seeing as you upload Cheryl Cole and not fitness videos then I know who I would trust.

    Paul

  • I noticed you hold your breath when your are doing each rep. I've always read that you are supposed to exhale while doing the rep? Does it really matter?

  • No you are right, power breathing, but this is so intense that all technique goes out of the window, try it and then see lol

  • nice house.

  • Thanks man, I did most of it myself

  • ive heard of people calling htem a BURN set.. cause thats what it is 6 reps max, then 20 for a burn and that "pump after"

  • just did the workout today. a bunch of other marines joined in. we all liked it. my biceps are done thats for sure

  • i did this workout today and it felt like my biceps were on FIRE,the most painfull pain i've felt since i got stung 5 times by a wasp in a row,but it felt good, like i knew it was working, and my mum said after it it sounded like i was having sex hahah,

    thanks paul,

    great videos mate

  • dude you look great for 41 wow!

  • sush dont tell everyone lol

  • Quite Instructional.

    but,

The hells the point of that shirt.

  • I think its time I git a new one, you will find you have favourite training gear this was mine lol

  • Nitrous Oxide?!!

  • IPhone and youtube just dont get along . And im fucking NeXT to the router damnit

  • get it sorted lol

  • no point wearing a shirt lol

  • but its cold here in the uk lol

  • Great video.

I'd hit a few poses after the set if you want more viewer hits on this video.

  • ahh but they would have to click on it first to see the bad boys pose.

    Paul

  • @Allmaxuk I guess you're not aware that there is a viewer syndicate who keep tabs on these things. there are a million training videos on youtube.

It's a wise choice to acknowledge your audience ...or else you're just another half naked guy talking into a camera .

  • Remember when watching this video, technique is rubbish, as the exercise is so intense its impossible to keep technique, so dont comment on it as the audio tells you that. And I KNOW IT

    Paul

  • Dude, you're moving your elbows which is 100% incorrect way of doing this workout!

  • Listen to the audio, I make it clear that technique is not the issue here, the intensity of it is, if you want strict movement then look at the biceps against the wall video

    Paul

  • man you are jerking your body. Thats not good intense workout.

  • all about taking to the next lvl!

  • yh if the weight is too light then yh but just a few more, but u may find after doing this the weight maybe light but it is hard to complete the workout

  • nitric oxide helps out alot, i take n.o explode great stuff

  • Thanks for uploading a new video - you're looking great as always!

  • Thanks Im ok for 41 and no drugs, just creatine and protein

  • @Allmaxuk

So would you recommend creatine and protein for myself??? I am a 32 year old woman, who wants to build muscle mass??

  • yes always work within the confines of what you have, use the videos reference points to give you ideas

  • GREAT

  • Great video...As with all of them...Thanks

  • Thanks for that,
