Hey, these are not surgeries. These are real weight loss stories. Surgeries have implications. Life becomes hell. .......so what is use of ridding off weight? Everything is possible with sincere effort.
You may not be able to control your breath for just one minute, but there are people they can cotrol their breath for 20 minutes. Will you call it magic? No, it is sincere effort, perseverence and exercise.....
Sometimes it is good to be skeptic but not always..
