Faith healing will not work if the one being healed doesn't believe. Faith healing is something you should only descide for yourself. These people aren't giving the child a choice, that is what is wrong.

Surprisingly I don't have a problem with this. If a Christan wants to take their kid to their faith healer instead of a Doctor I say let them. One less person knocking on my door. One less person telling me that if I don't pray to the invisible bogeyman in the sky I'm going to hell.

It should also be considered a crime not to take your kids tested for std's as well as not offering contraceptives to your daughters or taking away their condoms or some other bs. The idea is to move forward realistically people.

My parents are christian scientists (aka faith healers) and even though i dont agree with them at all, with some amount of convincing they would take me to the doctors. I was born prematurely and they let me put into an incubator rather than just praying. Even though they believe strongly that god made us all perfect and healthy, they still took me to the doctors, and other parents should do the same or else its to the point where they are ignoring reality.

I used to believe in the abrahamic god, BUT(capitalized)I finally woke up and realized that it's simply BS!! Pray has NEVER worked and never will! What appears like answered prayer is nothing but a person getting better on their own! Or, if it's prayer in a different area like you need a new washer for 450.00 and a friend sends you 450.00 as a gift without knowing you needed it-that is coincidence and it happens to everyone here and there!
