just hope you haven't modded the melee to do insane damage then :P, alternately, put all their weapons on 0.0000001 damage (total 0 might give problems, if not with gta 4 it might with other games)

just a suggestion, if you don't want the cops to have the rockets too, mod the rockets into another gun like the MP5N (or is it the M4A1 which the cops dont have), not sure about the alternate weapon of the same type, they seem to use the same ammo...

i don't understand what you mean?

the only part of the RPG that is on the pistol is the rocket sticking out of the barrel, which is an effect of the "ROCKET" group being added to the pistol.

if you go and pkay gta san andreas it can be done in multiplayer

the admins can change gravity to their liking (0.800 is normal so think whatle hapen if you put it at 99 or -99 o and 0 is fun too:p)
