Can't wait now i'm gonna start soon here in Ireland. Looks really fun. It's the closest sport to mixing my two favourite things skateboarding and being a pirate!
Thanks Walloon, and you're so right! What was surprising that these kidds were on board their first time and under 30 minutes they could go where they wanted. Unfortunately that day there was hardly any wind which made things tricky.
Good one for posting this up. This is where all windsurfers start. From those first unsteady steps, if you keep trying, and trying and trying (and trying), you eventually reach a point where the limits of being a human seem to disappear, and you are just "doing". Its the best sport in the world, and I love it with all my heart. Keep trying ;-)

@ziggyband7 im 14 started when i was about 12 i think too its fun but when i do it its usually gusty wich makes it hard but it if fun =]
