If you have a directors account that was made back in 2006, then you can upload videos over 10 hours if you want. But when Google took over Youtube they removed it. So only old director accounts works with over 10 minute limit.

Hes only in the Arcade Mario Kart Games. I love them most. :) You can Mr and Mrs Pacman, Tamagotchi and loads of other People XD ITS SO AWESOME But Expensive
